Very long shipment time.

I was very excited to update my bed sheets after seeing them up close at work. I ordered on 1st January and it’s 9th January and the package still didn’t arrive. So far it’s very disappointing for quite expensive and posing as “luxurious” supplier. And they use Mondial Relay, which is know to be not the fastest. I live in Belgium so not really far from France…

Good product, but bad experience

Let's start with the good, the product is good, it's nice fabric and very comfortable. The sleeves could have been longer, but it's super soft and thick overall.

What's odd, is that they send their orders via Mondial Relay, which is the worst and slowest delivery company I know. I know them through Vinted, which also uses them. They probably do this to save cost. You only find this out at the end of the ordering process.

What's even weirder is that if i would order it without a holiday discount code, there was no delivery charge, but as soon as i put in the discount code, the delivery charge appeared all the sudden, which halved the discount. This is misleading.

Then my order got lost in the mail and after 2 weeks i still didn't receive anything. I contacted their customer service, which was a Dutch (as am I) email address. I got a reply back in Italian, had to translate, then replied in English, then got a reply back again in English.

Then they sent me a new product since they acknowledged it got lost in the process, and now all the sudden they could do a 1 day delivery because my robe arrived the next day. It seems like they are really trying to skimp on delivery cost.

Then they asked me to not pick up my robe that was lost in the mail if it appeared at the pickup point after all, which is also weird. They should take care of that, not me.

I kind of regret ordering from them now and they did not leave a good impression as a brand and I feel like I overpaid.

Would not order there again.

Shipping was fast and everything was very well packed. The quality of the products seems nice but we still need to give them a proper try trough time. I really like the soft feeling of the baby cover (matelasee) and her crib mattress protection.
