I had a wonderful experience with Bonton! Everything arrived beautifully and the quality is amazing. One item came in the wrong size, but their customer service was incredible — they responded right away and quickly sent me the correct size. Really impressed with how smoothly they handled it. Will definitely be ordering again!

A few months back, we made an order that was delivered in France. There was an item missing from the order. We contacted Customer Service, which replied then and, after multiple emails, agreed to open an inquiry to understand what happened.

That was three months ago. Since then, reply/answer to any form of communication (French or English).

Looking at the product's prices and the branding that Bonton is supposed to have is appalling. This is beyond disappointing. I cannot recommend anyone to order from them.

When I placed an order I got an error, so I placed the order again. A day later I found out the first order was placed after all. I contacted the customer service the same day. Only 2 days later they replied and told me both orders were already on the way and I should just return one of the orders. I didn't even open one package and payed for the return costs myself. Now we are weeks later and I never heard from them again and never got a refund. You can not call them, whatsapp does not work, they don't reply emails, facebook message or instagram message. I don't understand how a big brand like this can get away with this. Never ever spend you money here!
