I have been prolonged for 3 months now…
I have been prolonged for 3 months now for a redeem of my winnings. I've contacted customer support and they send me the same messages stating that they are checking into my claim demanded me to stay patient. I can only see this company as fraudulent. And the saddest part about this situation is that they requested 10 dollars in order to redeem your earnings. That's is just too bad.

It states right in the sweeps rules that the "free bonus" theu give is not redeemable even if you deposit. Dont fall for the scam. Read because connecting any banks or paypal.

its not looking good
So far I liked the casino, the games, and how it's set up. They give you a free $10 to start, yet it says you can't withdraw the winnings until you deposit money first. My experience with any casino that does that is you don't get paid. Looking through these reviews, it's looking like I'm right. sad they have to mislead and scam people.

This is a scam! I won 350 dollars and it said deposit $10 to cashout the free bonus wins. Which they give u 10 to start and I deposited $10 and it still wouldn't even let me withdraw. It looked like all i could draw out was what I put in it. I do not recommend. ITS BAD BUSINESS!! NOT LEGIT!!!
