Had a issue with my package not being delivered by fastway and they returned my order to BooHoo but at least Al-Faiyazs helped me out straight away and refunded our payment without any fuss. Love your website and clothes but delivery issues in my humble opinion if these problems with delivery keeps up it could cause problems for Boohoo. Thanks Al-Faiyazs

I had received a faulty item, I emailed Boohoo immediately, they gave me a full refund within a few days as there was no more of the item in stock. So I'm happy with the service and continue to shop at Boohoo.com 👍🏼

Had to return some items as wrong size was sent, sent 2 items back and only got refunded for one of them, emailed and within hours I had a reply and they were looking into it, refund is in my bank a day later, Kirsty was really helpful and got it sorted really quick. Love boohoo clothes so cheap and good quality. Order regularly from here

I had a question about my order so I emailed customer service and Sky and Krystal replied quickly and were very helpful!

Had issues with not receiving a package. The customer service team is very nice . They are supposed to be resending the package , I am just waiting for the tracking.

Ordered a package a few weeks ago. Due to covid it to some more time to get my package then usual. I sended a email for some more information about my package and got a reply within 24 hours. I’ve got to say I’ve received the best customer service from boohoo, my package got held hostage by Black Friday Royal Mail overload.. nothing was too much trouble for the guys who dealt with my query. They’ve arranged for another item to be resent with a fast dispatch. Will definitely shop again with boohoo. Special mention to Chelsey who actually dealt with me.

I shop online regularly for clothing and try lots of different stores.
This one (au.boohoo.com/) has been crossed of my list.
I ordered 2 items of clothing using my current measurements (bust, waist & hips), choosing to go larger then smaller. One was a body suit the other a pair of shorts.
Ordering the items was easy and the site fairly average for interacting and finding items. The order arrived promptly enough for covid delivery times so they get two stars so far.
I hoped the items would look similar to the images on the site. They did when looking at them as they came out of their respective packages. That is until I tried them on.
The body suit was way too short, something someone under 5' could wear - I'm an not super tall (5'6 is kinda average imho). The shorts hugged the hips which the image showed as being loose, and fit poorly in general.
Accessories might be all this site will be able to supply me in future since their sizing is way off for me. There are other sites better for plus size clothing.

I recently had a parcel that was late (was the delivery company’s fault, not boohoo) and boohoo was excellent at keeping me updating and being as helpful as they could. They even went the extra mile and checked in with me after I received it to make sure I was happy with everything Thank you to: Demi, Rebecca, Megan, Nicole and Ellie!!

Krystal was great in sorting out a refund for express deliver as the code was applied but was removed when it was time to pay. Will definitely order again with confidence .

I ordered a coat from boohoo and the inner lining of the coat was ripped and I emailed boohoo regarding this, was a long process however they helped me out and refunded all my money back.

Used Boo-hoo for the first time and can only say that its been easy and very quick.
All that I received is great quality, 1 item did not arrive but Courtney in customer service dealt with it super quick.
