The worst I've encountered.
Not afraid to say I'm a heavy gambler.... VIP at more casinos than I care to comment on. By far the lowest win rate of any casino I've played on. This company takes all your money without any documents needed until it's time for them to pay up and they ask you for loads of documents and then tell you it will be 3-5 business days to get your money. They take your money instantly but say it takes that long to pay you out when in reality it's 2025 all bank transfers are if not instant then upto 24 hours it's a joke.
