I want to give NIL star. I have ordered on 27.09.2022 with tentative delivery on 29.09.22 and still waiting. No phone number or mobile number to talk customer care nor you can cancel your order and get refund. Dealing with this site is like travelling in dark tunnel. You are fully depend on mercy of Customer care and they will give you typical remarks on e-mail. No-one seems to be interested in solution. My advice to another customers, try to avoid this site for shopping.

I placed an order on 10 Aug 2022 for my car Part which is very urgently req. First they shown Estimated delivery on 24 Aug then they changed it to 29 Aug then it was ended on 4 sep 2022 now so many emails reply to them they are auto reply with same sentence we are closing your ticket, i am not getting any option on their fake site to cancel my order so that i can get my money back at least.If someone can guide me how to get money back from them. Because no hope of car spare part from them

No option to talk with customer care. I have placed an ordered and in couple of hours I changed my mind and canceled the order. When I asked for my refund then the reply was your item is in RTO(Return to origin) and its been month still I didnt get my refund and in mail they only reply we are working on it. Will never recommend Boodmo to anyone, Please buy from another trusted resource.

Really bad customer service. Not responsible for what they are doing and no follow up.
Not received the material ordered even after 7 days. Promised delivery was within 3 days.Still waiting. No one called and addressed the issue other than an email saying that they will inform.

I ordered a timing kit for my Jetta 2.0 tdi. The product was good but there was a bit of delay totally acceptable.

I have order a part for my car on 20 June 2022 but till now it is showing processing. Every time when I asked for status, they reply that the part is out of stock and even they can't tell the exact time of delivery. Really looks like a fraud website where they will keep the order money for 2 month and gaining the interest. Also they don't have COD for any delivery, that why they are doing fraud with the customer. I haven't yet cancel the product and ask for last status for the delivery or else i will take legal action.

i wanted to give 0 since there is no option am giving 1 star i have recived the damaged product
as they specified in the product elligible for 10 days return i have created the return request
but instead of return or replacement they are telling hopeless answers i have given alot of details which they have asked like photos videos while opening they also knows it was there mistake but they are targetting every new customers and making money out of it by deliverying damaged products

I had ordered Rear Ac Cover for my VW Vento on 22nd June. At first the delivery date was 8th July. After that it was extended to 9th July and now it is 15th. They told me the parts not available to the vendor but it is still showing in the website. And if it is not available then why they are taking advance payment.

Beware of this TRAP!!!
Full waste of your money and time. They show as if they will deliver within 48 Hrs, they will keep on changing the date of delivery and you will fed up to cancel the order. Post cancellation, you need to run pillar to post to get the refund.

I orderd 2 bulbs and paid total payment online.but I received message for payment not paid. And we can't contact their represent active on phone.

I ordered one part and it is already more than two months and they have not delivered my part. They will take money in advance and then forget about your order. very poor service and every time you want to contact them they have the same excuse.
The same part is still listed on their website and shows 17-day delivery. what a joke...Please suggest a legal way to handle such scammers.

How to get these cheats stop from doing such frauds. Is there any legal remedy. Please suggest

I order H1 Philips bulb and I received an old fused bulb with the cover tampered. Return policy also takes more time. Never trust this site.

So I’ve read a lot of bad reviews about this site saying it’s fake. Here’s the thing. I did order from them and they did deliver the exact part I needed. I couldn’t find it anywhere in the market. A lot of the fake and bad reviews said that they take a LONG time to deliver. Wayyy above their estimated delivery date. So if you need the part urgently, then forget it. But if you can wait a few weeks to maybe even a few months (according to some reviews here) then go for it. They say it also depends on the city. I am writing from Hyderabad. Here, the service was not too bad, they went a couple weeks above their estimated delivery date but they did deliver the correct part.

Cheats!! I still don’t know how they are surviving in mainstream. Once you order they’ll just take the money and never deliver you spares. They’ll just keep postponing for months and months together, promising to deliver by the next iteration and once your fed up like after 3 months when you ask for a refund, they still say processing your refund and will be delivered within 7-15 business days every single time you ask them. Boodmo is like lending money to a guy who you know will never return the money back by saying next week, next week!

1. BOODMO claims FREE DELIVERY or DISCOUNTS on some special occasions. However, the payment at checkout is actually MRP PLUS DELIVERY CHARGE (where delivery charge is not mentioned or labelled).
2. With delivery charge applied, total payment at checkout is MRP PLUS DELIVERY CHARGE. So, this means that the same total amount is paid at Hyundai authorised service center part plus labor. So it's overall wiser to visit ASC and get vehicle service.
3. All the above facts being mentioned, it can be concluded that BOODMO LITERALLY SELL PRODUCTS ABOVE THE TAGGED MRP in both cases - with offers and free delivery cases.
