The Customer Happiness girl was really awesome, and she took the time to take care of all my needs and help me a lot. The boody products are so well designed and made, that you just feel so comfy in them, day and night, and at the same time they look super sexy on me, and they and their jet black color last for years and years, many hundreds of washings and wearings and .....heheheee. Yeah baby!!!

Greenwashing at its best
While I would love to give this underwear a five-star review because it definitely is five star underwear, I am so not impressed with customer service, nor the fact there is so much excess labeling, tags, and packaging. I wish I could attach pictures to this site where I could show all of the crap that I had to get rid of just to get to the underwear. The Boody underwear that I have had for several years was given to me and did not come with all this garbage. Boody offers a 15% off online coupon if you sign up to get all their emails. I did so. However, no coupon code appeared. Most sites that offer this type of thing give you the coupon code immediately so you can use it when you check out. I contacted the company and did not complete my order the first time because I was hoping I would get the discount code. They contacted me the next day with a coupon code but when I went to apply it, the order page locked up and I was unable to complete the order so I deleted it and started over. However, even after entering the coupon code that I was sent, absolutely nothing happened and I was charged full price. I contacted customer service again and they did absolutely nothing. Why don't you just try refunding me the 15% you promised me?
In addition to that, when I received the underwear each individual pair of underwear came with a sewn-in completely irritating plastic / nylon tag in the back. The instructions on this little tag say that all you have to do is gently stretch the waistband and you can just pull the thread out with your fingers. Nope. I spent half an hour with a stitch picker getting the tags out of 10 pairs of underwear. These didn't come with the pairs that I was given several years ago so this must be some new stupidity they thought up, and it's redundant because the same information is stamped directly on to the inside of the panties. Plus, each pair of panties has a cardboard tag on it with a barcode. The same barcode appears on the non recyclable plastic packaging that each pair of panties came with. The packaging says it's biodegradable. Green washing! In order for this material to biodegrade it has to sit out in the sun and rain for about 6 months. And the plastic barcode label that is stuck to the packaging does NOT biodegrade. Is anyone actually attempting to biodegrade this Packaging? I doubt it. Just more crap in the landfill, along with the cardboard tags which I threw into my wood stove. And, of course, each cardboard tag is attached with yet more plastic. I'm really not impressed, Boody. Up until now I had thought more of this company. All that said, I will probably buy this underwear in the future because I really like the material and it's very comfortable, but please stop greenwashing! Your marketing department must know that 99.99% of people are going to just throw all the packaging into the landfill, so whatever marketing "genius" at your company thought that it was a great idea to put something in "biodegradable" packaging, think again. (I am a Master Recycler in two states. Yes, there is actually a course where we are taught about this type of green washing.) #4 film plastic IS recyclable at most grocery stores in those states/ countries that actually care about the environment. In conclusion, while I do like your underwear, your marketing and customer service are subpar.

Quality and comfort
First and foremost I really like the comfort and quality of the bras. A few years ago a good friend recommended and thought I would like them, and she was right. Also appreciate the response and help when I had a problem with an order. Highly recommend both the company and the bras. I have not yet tried any other products from Boody.

Boody is a great comopany!
Although I ended up not loving one of the items I ordered (the bra padding got completely skewed around when I washed and dried the article), the quick response and several discussions I had with staff were very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. They handled my criticisms with utmost respect and attention. They also are in the process of finding a 'fix' for my criticism in future versions of the item. They are a great company to do business with!

I’ve ordered a few times from this brand because of the great quality and comfort. There was one pair of underwear missing from my recent order, (which was totally understandable, because it was a large order), and they were SUPER FAST to resolve the issue. TOP NOTCH customer service!!! I have never had a response quicker than I got from Boody via email. The whole correspondence was done within 20 minutes, which blew my mind. Thanks again!

I was sure that the first bra was…
I was sure that the first bra was malformed/pattern error, and returned it. The replacement arrived and it is no different. The scoop of the front is the same as the scoop of the back. I don't want my breasts to be unsupported by this insane pattern. Somehow, I was told by someone that patterns vary by color. That is very weird. Now I know that I cannot buy any more bras from Boody, and I am very disappointed.
Product sizing significantly inconsistent and customer service response was condescending.
I started ordering a few products from Boody last summer and found a couple that I love, specifically the classic bamboo panties (not the Lyolyte). Over the past year they have consistently been my favorite undies, so I ordered 3 more pairs and they are much smaller ( to be clear I ordered all the same size as my own weight has not changed). When the new panties arrived and I put the first pair on they felt significantly tighter, so I held them up to my original pair, and then measured, and they were more than a full inch narrower at the waist. This seemed like a legitimate issue to me but when I contacted customer support I was told that I was just 'feeling' like they were tighter and to expect some variation. I was also told to use the sizing chart which was a moot point since I'd already ordered a pair previously. When I sent pictures of the panties showing the measured size difference, customer service seemed interested and asked me to send them the Batch number. They offered to help me return the panties and told me there would be a 9.95 charge for returning them. I asked if that charge could be waived since I believed the fault to be in the product. I was told my request would be forwarded to a different department or area and I have not heard from them again. No product is worth the condescending and resistant customer service. I will not be buying from them again.

The service is friendly but I was unable to exchange 3 pairs of boy shorts still in their packages for 2” seamless under shorts.
I found that the boy short rode up each side of my bottom and was really uncomfortable. Sorry to be negative but they don’t fit me well.
Broken Bra Replaced, Great Service
A t-shirt bra I had only worn a couple of time broke. The strap just broke loose at the back of the bra and I was, first, floored as Boody's quality is amazing. I inquired about an exchange and, even though the bra arrived in January and it was now June, they took care of me and sent me a new bra and told me to keep the broken one and try to fix. I LOVE Boody clothing, socks, bras and underwear and will until I die.
