Ordered two jeans from Boohoo. Only one Jean was delivered and it was very poor quality, so I had to return it.
The second jeans wasn’t delivered but Evri already updated it to “delivered”. DBZ Marketplace sent email to me yesterday saying the refund for the missing item has been processed, but no refund information about the other jeans I returned.
I had been trying to contact both IN THE STYLE, DBZ MARKETPLACE, and Boohoo customer services team since last week to no avail!!
Boohoo and DBZ Marketplace are scammers!!!!!!!

Scamming customers and not allowing refunds to original card, only gift cards! They are also charging for NDD when I have a premier account. It is impossible to contact a human, and instead bots reply with the same old useless answers. I have reported this to trading standards and I would encourage everyone else too!

Never order from this company. Never had a problem getting a full refund back to my card even though it took around 3 weeks to get refund. I sent back good in November & this month only to be told refund will be going g to a gift card which I never requested and still waiting on them. I've sent numerous emails and they say I should have received my gifts card on 23 November and 22 December, clearly I have not received them. Absolute joke of a company!

I always used to buy from boohoo i was a big spender on there but i started running into problems and found it really hard work contacting their customer services so i decided to not shop there as much. I have premier so ndd is free if spending over £20. I got given a £5 gift voucher but when I went to use it it took off the £5 voucher but added on delivery charge! Even though the amount was still over £20. Looks like if you use a gift card they add delivery on. Also now when i go to buy something over £20 it gives me free standard delivery but charges me £5.99 for ndd. I have cleared cookies and cache, checked my premier is still active, i have changed server and logged in from the website instead of the app but its stilll doing it so must be a problem with my account. So fed up of boohoo

DO NOT USE BOOHOO!!!! The worst company for customer service. I’ve never experienced anything like it. You’ll wait for weeks for any contact with a customer service representative, you’ll wait weeks for any type of refund. They ignore you and try avoid you. I’ve spoken to friends who have ordered from them also, and they’ve had the same experience. Some have been refunded after a month of trying to contact someone from boohoo, and instead of refunding they’ve just issued store credit straight away. They’re literally stealing your money at this point. If you go onto their instagram the comments are shameful, 9/10 comments are with the same issue. Honestly it is not worth the hassle buying from this company.
Ridiculous service and frustrating
I used to order from boohoo all the time, never again! I’ve been waiting for a refund and still waiting! I contacted them via email and have had at least 15 emails back and fourth and they keep asking my order number even though I’ve given it to them more than 10 times! They keep saying they cannot locate, even though I sent them the original purchase emails! Soooo frustrated and I’m still trying to get a resolve!
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Refund issued to a gift card automatically with no option for original payment method during return. Reached out to boohoo several times who told me it can’t be reversed and blamed me. When I told them I wasn’t given the option during the return process they basically implied I was lying and will not take any accountability. What a cheap trick to keep the funds you spend after returning their poorly made and poorly sized clothing.
The customer service is shockingly bad & the responses I’ve had so far are basically we can understand the frustration but you’ve brought it on yourself - what a joke

I ordered a pair of boots on the 1st December 2025, the parcel arrived on the 9th December, in the parcel there was only the left boot, sent an enquiry to their AI bot and I am still awaiting a response from an actual human to resolve and refund my order. I can return the item for the cost of £1.99 - this product was not fit for purpose so I should not have to pay for a refund as it’s a company error. The communication from this company is disgraceful, they should make sure that the orders are correct before shipping and have a better way of contacting them when issues arise.

Got half the money refunded as they apparently didn’t receive both parcels. They have “reviewed” the cctv apparently and I have been refunded everything tha was returned. Rubbish I am now £117 down and have nothing too show for it. I won’t ever use them again and urge others too do the same

Really gone downhill
I have given Boohoo my custom for many years but unfortunately will not be ordering from them again. The customer service is extremely poor and despite paying for premier delivery, it doesn't work. They now require you to spend over £20 to get the free next day delivery but does not give you the option when you get to checkout. The sizing is totally off and they don't refund you for a couple of weeks. There is no option of ringing them yet when you message, you don't get a response. The company has really gone downhill.

Shoddy clothes and shoddy customer service
Returned an item that was a size 12 hip and a size 18 waist. Utterly useless, The Bot says return has been processed but refund is BEING processed and has been saying this for over a week. Everything is automated these days - so how come it’s taking so long? Of course you can’t speak to a human. It’s a choice by the company to delay. I won’t be shopping witn this company ever again.

Requested a refund via original purchase (bank card) only to be issused a credit note n told that once it was issued that it couldnt be amended. Seems to be the way they do returns regardless of how u request a refund.

It appears that when ordering from Boohoo the order is actually supplied by DBZ who are part of the Debenhams group. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare DBZ confirmed refund issued 2 weeks ago but still have not received anything. No contact number only a text message service which tells you that they have passed you over to customer services who then never reply. AVOID

If i could give a zero star i would. Boohoo used to be a good company to order from but my latest experience has been shocking. They are scamming their customers and refusing refunds claiming that i chose a gift certificate even though i paid with klarna. The returns portal defaults to gift card and once it's gone through you allegedly cannot change it. I have been forced by Klarna to pay over £80 for items i dont have all because Boohoo are completely incompetent. No communication, no replies, the worst customer service i have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
