I booked a safari via BookAllSafaris. Due to health reasons, I had to cancel. I forgo the deposit, that's fine. But I still (months later) did not get the balance of over $2000 back from the operator. BookAllSafaris did NOTHING to help in this matter. They only reply politely (AI generated) to my emails with "sorry, we uderstand, we will help...", but they don't take any action at all. So this is not like Booking.com, which has clear cancellation policies with their hotels, and ensure they are adhered to. BookAllSafaris is just a 'front' to get the commision, then leave you to it.

I recommend bookallsafaris for 100%.
I am Daniel from Africa, I am using bookallsafaris for about 5 years now. It is one of best safari platform in Africa. Bookallsafaris team are helpful and attentive. The team is really honest and trustworthy.

Since many local tour operators had started to use bookallsafaris for clients to book Safari in Africa, the fraud cases has get very low.

The team is transparent, thier informations, reviews and comments are genuine and trustworthy. They are best medium between a tour operator and traveller.

I really recommend travellers to book safari via bookallsafaris to feel safe. It was common for the travellers to book with unsafe or scam operators before but since bookallsafaris has started to operate in Africa these cases are very rare. Keep it up!!!!.

SCAAM SCAM SCAAAM SCAAAAM Avooooooid BOOKING I got my retreat canceled by tripaneer and as so many people mentioned they refused to refund me my money back "770"$ and then they mentioned I can use it as a store credit!!!! what if I don't want to travel I just want my money back so they refuse !!! now I will handed to a lawyer to sort this out
