Ordered a gift for my mother several weeks in advance with a set delivery date. Order didn't arrive and only after chasing customer services did they let me know there was a warehouse issue and my order wouldn't arrive for 2 more days. Disappointing after ordering so far in advance that there was no communication at all that there might be an issue. Customer services refunded delivery, blaming warehouse staff and offered 10% off the next order but I certainly won't be shopping there again after the experience. Can't speak to the quality as the order still hasn't arrived.

If you'd like your product to arrive on time or if it's a gift I would go elsewhere.

My order arrived today and the gift recipient outlined the dried flowers were quite sad looking, not matching the images on the site, and considerably smaller than the measurements provided.

Please don't believe all the positive reviews, looking on social media there seems to be a lot of influencer marketing / paid for feedback.

If you want your special occasion to go well then shop elsewhere.

Great products and the ordering process was easy however delivery has taken much longer than expected - I ordered a week ago and the box still has not been delivered. I have been refunded the delivery cost however the purpose of ordering with Bookblock was to get a gift to a friend within a few days.

Lovely range of products, so different from what you'd see in card shops. Prompt delivery also. Love the option to send an E-card as well as the physical copy.

Good selection of cards which are easy to personalised.
The card was delivered very fast - the recipient received it the next day.

I had ordered a gift on Bookblock all the way from Australia to a loved one and found everything to go quite smoothly! Delivery unfortunately wasn’t delivered on the date I had chosen which was disappointing however the team replied quickly and were very helpful. The quality of products from seeing them over phone looked amazing.

Good choice of products. I was just a bit disappointed that they don’t deliver on Saturdays and my delivery was rather slow (3 business days).

I bought a few gifts in a box for my step mum for mother's day and she is so very pleased with the hand cream, body oil and other goodies! Great service and I'll definitely by again.

A mother's day gift with a difference! My Mum loved her mother's day surprise. A great alternative to a bunch of flowers. Beautiful gifts and very reasonably priced. I really like that you can accumulate points to spend in future too. I will definitely be using Bookblock for my gifts in future.
