Inability to get support!

I created an online account to determine if this site would be a good fit to transfer our existing book club from MeetUp.com. Our book club has been active for 15+years. I attempted to contact Bookclubs.com by creating support tickets several times and have yet to receive a response. I did receive a welcome email from their founder who encouraged me to contact them if I had any issues. Of course that email was a “Do Not Reply” format.

The app looks promising, but if there is zero support we may be better off with MeetUp.com (there support isn’t great, but at least they do respond!)
