Bookdelivery got me a book that I was having great difficulty in buying.
Bookdelivery got me a book that Amazon had to refund me as they were unable to obtain a copy. I then tried eBay and they were very honourable as they dispatched the only copy they had and it disappeared. As soon as they realised they refunded me immediately. Finally I tried Bookdelivery and received a copy without any problem at all !!! It goes to say I will be using them in the future and can really recommend them.

Order never arrived
Ordered a book - waited 30 days and it still hadnt arrived at their depot. Today I received an email telling me that they were cancelling my order due to stocking issues even though I ordered it a MONTH AGO. Furious doesn’t cut it.

Hi FR, We are sorry that we weren't able to source your book in this instance. Book Delivery offers more than 13 million titles for sale. Some of those books are held in one of our 10 warehouses around the world but it's not possible to physically hold copies of all 13 million titles so we also take stock feeds from publishers and suppliers around the world, they tell us what books they have in stock and how many they can supply. Sometimes books can sell out between the time of ordering and fulfillment. If that occurs we do everything we can to find another supplier that has the book but sadly sometimes there just aren't any copies in the supply chain. We do understand this will have been frustrating when you were looking forward to receiving your book. If there is anything else we can do for you please do contact our CS team.
