In my time as a writer and trying to get my work into print and to a commercial standard, it as been hard to achieve in the past with other printing companies, but my experience with Book Empire as been fantastic, they have helped me every step of the way and nothing was too hard for them to do for me, I felt a nuisance at times but not once did it sour the friendly relationship I have had with this company , they truly are the best !

The whole process of getting my book into print was made easy, good communication, good price and friendly sales team, Alex in particular. The quality of the book is great, with many compliments made about the printing and professional finish to the book. They went above and beyond to get my books to me and I will definitely use them again. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I'm hard-pressed to imagine any other service provider - not just in the print industry but across all sectors - being so attentive to detail, the whims of their customers, the specifics of the end-product etc. than Book Empire in Leeds. Use them just once and I doubt if you'd need bother scouting around for any later book-production project.
And if you're lucky enough to get Alex White to manage your order then that's icing on the cake.

This was the 8th time Book Empire has produced a book for me. Writing is my hobby, and they have enabled me to share my stories with friends and family. The whole process was efficiently dealt with. As an artist whose work was included in the book I was concerned about print quality and colour. On request I was sent examples of my printed work to check before proceeding. Once I sent the files I was sent a hard copy within a week. I made a couple of changes and resent the file and had my order within a fortnight. The end result was an excellent well made book. I cannot fault the customer service or the finished product and would be happy to recommend Bookempire to anybody.

Dean at Book Empire has been excellent throughout the process of printing (and reprinting) a poetry pamphlet recently. He has been helpful in phone calls and quick to respond to emails. This is the second book which Book Empire have printed for us. We wanted a high-quality publication for our two family history/life story books and Book Empire did not disappoint. We used the royal template, hard back with a glossy cover finish. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They help with cover design and have endless patience.
