Doesn't refresh

Doesn't refresh, can't delete uploaded files, won't work on the files it has uploaded.
It gets better - the Contact Us page which is the only way to get help has a bug so your request for help never goes thru. They must be thinking it's such a great offering that noone has any problems.
I'm glad I haven't paid anything for this.
