Sit down for thisCLEARED THEIR BONUS, WON $6,500, AND THEY CALLED MY ID FAKE AND DELETED MY ACCOUNT one

Sit down for this one, because bookie.ag ran me through the entire playbook and I want every single detail on the record.

I deposited $1,000 and took their $1,000 freeplay bonus — their promotion, their terms, a 10x rollover. I did not sneak in. I did not exploit anything. I played the offer exactly as they wrote it.

Then I started winning. And after a two-day winning streak, do you know what bookie.ag did? They limited my maximum bet to $100. Let me spell out what that means: they hand you a bonus with a ten-times rollover, and the second you look like you might actually clear it, they shrink your bets so small that clearing it becomes a part-time job. That is not risk management. That is a wall.

So I climbed the wall. Ten-plus bets a day. Every day. For three straight weeks. Hundreds of individual hundred-dollar wagers, because a hundred dollars was all they would let me put up. I ground out every dollar of that rollover under the exact restriction they imposed on me, and I came out the other side at over $6,500.

I did everything right. And that is precisely when the real game started.

I requested my payout in October 2025 and submitted my verification documents like a good little customer. What followed was ten months of circles. "We're reviewing." "It's escalated." "Please resubmit." "Allow 5-7 business days." Different agent every time, brand new story every time, zero dollars every time.

Then — months into this, after they had sat on my documents since October — they came back and told me my verification documents were FAKE.

They are not fake. They are my real, valid, government-issued documents, and bookie.ag knows it. And here is the detail that proves they knew it: I offered to get on a live Zoom call and verify myself on camera, in real time, holding my ID up to the lens. Any book with a genuine identity concern says yes to that in about four seconds. It costs them nothing and settles the question instantly.

They said no. Their answer was that "management said I have to wait."

That is the moment the mask came off. You cannot claim my ID is fraudulent and simultaneously refuse the one thing that would prove it either way. There is no version of that where the book is acting in good faith.

And then, in August 2026, they finally stopped pretending. They admitted they did not want to pay me — and they closed my account. Ten months of "processing" concluded with the customer being deleted instead of paid.

Let me be perfectly clear about the sequence here, because it is not a coincidence, it is a system:

Offer a bonus → limit the winner's bets → stall the payout → question the documents → refuse live verification → close the account.

Six steps, every one of them designed to make a winning player go away without a dollar leaving the building.

If you lose at bookie.ag, you will never see any of this. Your experience will be flawless. The machinery only switches on when you win. That is the part every prospective customer deserves to know before they deposit, and it is the reason I am writing this.

I have my deposit record. I have the bonus terms. I have the bet history — every one of those hundreds of $100 wagers. I have the payout request dated October 2025. I have the support transcripts, including the fake-document accusation and the refusal to do a Zoom verification. Every claim in this review is documented, and I will keep repeating it on every review site, forum, and complaint board that will host it until this balance is paid.

Deposited $1,000. Cleared their rollover under their own $100 bet limit. Finished at $6,500+. Requested payout October 2025. Account closed August 2026. Paid: $0.

Do not deposit here.
