This is a scam
This is a scam! Was contacted by a guest whose money was taken but the hotel was never notified. They copy hotel's main page, take money from people's credit cards without any bookings. Some guy answering the phone, pretending that he's passing messages for someone to call back, that is where it ends. Do not use this website, what a way to rip travellers off!

No room available at check in
I purchased a “Villa -1 bedroom “ larger unit on their website. However, upon checking in, I was put in a smaller studio unit. The type of room you purchase on BB, is not be the type of room you get and BB refused a partial refund. I suggest calling the hotel after you book to confirm you’ll be getting the type of room you paid for! Horrible and rude customer service. Not trustworthy.
