Jamás compres vuelo Tokio-Málaga con maleta facturada

Contraté un vuelo Tokio-Málaga a través de Booking Flight. Pagué una maleta facturada adicional. Posteriormente Booking me devolvió el importe de la maleta alegando un error del sistema y me indicó que la contratara directamente con la aerolínea por un precio miu superior. He solicitado una solución y me han indicado que no van a asumir la diferencia, ni a devolverme el importe de los vuelos. Todo esto a 10 días de mi viaje. Me parece que se aprovechan y abusan de la gente y me siento muy impotente por haber perdido mi tiempo y mi dinero.
