Boycott needed

Regarding Booking.com.... their support is absolutely useless. their system for owners is useless. the way they force vendors to accept discounted rates should be illegal. they need closing down. if you have an option - DO NOT USE booking.com

Whenever you try to call their customer support, you're put through to India with a bad connection that often drops out and you have to speak to some brain-dead Indian who hardly speaks English.

They need to be boycotted by travellers and owners to shut this disgusting company down.
