Needed gas engineer as mum was left without gas for three days. Engineer came the same day I contacted him. He checked the boiler and turned the gas on and gave some advice. Very good person

If I could give Anjam 100 ⭐️ I would, the most honest and professional gas engineer you could ask for. I had my gas supply capped off and boiler deemed unsafe by ovo. I called numerous people to get someone out asap to check everything for me was getting fobbed off by everyone, one person even said to get a new boiler then call him without even coming out and doing a proper inspection to determine the issue and cause, based it on a few notes the person from ovo wrote on a piece of paper. Anjam was great very reasonably priced explained the issues and concerns and turned the gas and boiler back on after capping off the fireplaces. He made 0 excuses on why he can’t come out to the property as soon as he was finished from a call out he came straight over and resolved everything in under an hour. I will highly recommend using this company if you want honest feedback and service. Don’t waste time on cowboy engineers who are looking to exploit you use this company and you will not regret it

i had an sudden burst pipe with the bathroom sink. I called up a plumber from bookmetrader who came out within 1 hour fitted the pipe immediately knew what the issue was and fitted a new tap which was also needed.
