Think twice before ordering from Book Nook Global
I placed and paid for my order BN-QT3451 on 19 July 2026.
One month later, I still had not received the order. I contacted the company and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money because of the excessive delay.
Customer support then told me that the parcel had supposedly left Hanoi and was undergoing customs clearance. I asked them for verifiable proof of shipment — for example, an official carrier document or tracking information confirming that the parcel had actually been handed over and shipped.
Instead, I was initially sent only a photo of a box with my name on it. A photo of a box is not proof that a parcel has been shipped.
When I again requested actual shipping documentation, the company replied that they would contact the shipping carrier and send me the information once they received it.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. When a customer has already paid and has been waiting for a month, they should not have to repeatedly demand basic proof that the goods were actually shipped.
I am leaving this review so that other customers know what my experience was before deciding to order.
My advice: if you order from this company, pay with a payment method that gives you strong buyer protection, keep all correspondence, and make sure you receive verifiable tracking information.
