SCAMMERS, THESE TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY NANS BANK ACCOUNT. DO NOT ANSWER WHEN TOU RING. ABSOLUTE TRAMPS

I was 'scammed' into a subscription to this company....immediately cancelled my card ...but very quickly £41.97 was taken from my account..I contacted my bank and the pending payment is in limbo.. they need to send it back to me as it is not their money.. but they wont ...hoping it will clear.

Further to an early alert in September 2025. This is a scam company who persistently try to take money from my account. Fortunately my bank immediately changed my card number. They wait a month or so and then try again. Please be aware. Don’t get caught out. You will loss your money

They took money from my bank thought I had got a bargain on Facebook
They took £41.92 contacted my bank they put a stop on it. My bank gave me a new card they’ve tried again to take a payment it got declined from the bank.

I have no idea who these people are, have never dealt with them, never purchased anything, never entered my bank details, yet they keep taking money from my account.
How do these criminals keep accessing our bank accounts when we have all these alleged security things in place. Hilariously, I can't get into my bank to report it and I have the security details....

Received an email in my junk claiming to have set up subscription - i didn't click on any links and searched their company name. Surprise surprise I've been scammed. Double checked my bank and they have taken money out. I haven't subscribed to them and don't know where my details could've been leaked! Let's just hope my bank can sort out my funds!

It should be a minus rating!! The company are SCAMMERS!!. They took £41.92 from my account UNAUTHORISED.
I stupidly I fell for a FB ad supposed bargain from Boots. This appears to be a scam used by this company (Books are heaven) to get your details a set up reoccurring payments. Fortunately I discovered the scam and contacted my bank. They have blocked any further payments and investigating. However, if I’d not been so quick I’m 💯 positive they would have taken much more money!!! Disgusting and AVOID at all costs (although you prob won’t even know until unauthorised payments appear on your account).

I have never heard of this company before and they have just taken monies out of my account. I did not purchase anything from them or sign up £41.92 to be exact!!!
How can get my monies back from these scammers?

They have been taking money out of my account for a while now and i want my money back i am not working and on benefits and they want me to pay 9.99 to leave something i never used can someone please help me

They are fraud and scammers I don't know where I click when I'm scrolling They took a 2 instalment in my account£41.92? without my permission.Bank didn't refund me.Im so upset because of this company.

Got scammed, didn't sign up for this. Somehow got an email and they tried to take £42 out of my account. They have tried again since to take the money out

Whatever you do, don’t repeat DON‘T approve any payment to this company! It is a total SCAM! I am thankful that my bank has blocked it, but this bogus entity has been attempting to debit my account for $40+ monthly for the past three months. If you see anything with the name of this company on it, delete it and try to block it ASAP I wish I had.

Scam!! Rubbish! They don't even deserve the 1 star but had to put something there to carry on with the review. Don't fall for it. If you do fall for some miracle product for £2-£3, you will then be charged a subscription for £41.92 which you did not ask for. Your bank should be on top of this for you and decline this payment. So speak to your bank fraud squad and don't believe in any miracles with any product.

You toke my money for my account with my i need subscription and plus you no give money back to me and now I don't have for my daughter bay food, you are bad app

Absolute scammers. I feel so stupid I fell for this. £1.99 and another £41.97 taken from my account without authorisation. Doubt I'll get this back. This has left me so short of money for the rest of the month.
Horrible humans doing this.

Charged an initial £1.99 for postage. Taken a further £42.00 without my authorisation. BEWARE of this SCAM

I wish I had read these reviews before, I agreed to them taking 1.99 for postage, they have now taken a further £42. Total scam. I have asked for a refund (good luck with that)
