Their free gift is deceiving. I paid for a Hawaii stay and even extended 1 night. My reservation was confirmed on the Booksi website but I needed a final comfirmation from another company- Monster . I was told by this company that since I live in NV, I can’t choose Hawaii. I tried to get a refund but haven’t heard from them.

Booking to Karma Lake of Menteith was cancelled by themselves as because my husband died in February it went against their policy as I was now classed as single so they cancelled and BOOKSI would refund full payment. I’ve had nothing with them claiming they made the payment on 22nd July but my account was closed on 5th July and therefore if payment made it would have bound back to their finance department. To date I am getting the same broken record of we’ve paid it end off. They have given a ARN number but us that even real as when I contacted old back who made attempts to check they were unable as the account was closed on 5th and any correspondence would have bounced back. I have expressed how distressing I am finding this all due to the sad passing of my husband and they then cancelling a break that I was going on with my husband but they just keep fobbing me off. I have given my new bank details but they now ignoring my emails to get this resolved and refund me the £84 that is owed to me. This is a terrible company.
UPDATE: Booksi’s response below is completely false. My old bank have now formally confirmed TWICE that no funds have been received. Because the account was fully closed weeks before Booksi claims they sent the money, the banking network automatically rejects it at the gateway. Booksi are holding onto my £84 and refusing to verify the account details they sent it to. I am now taking to Trading Standards.

I would avoid at all cost. It’s such an awkward and inflexible process. If you have loads of spare time that can fit into their schedule I’m sure you’ll get an ok deal. The sales person was helpful and assured us we would be able to find some book ins that were suited to our needs. Well in the two years I was trying we never really managed to get our free time and their availability to match. Was offered an extension for an extra £400 which I was puzzled about. It cost £255 to begin with so wasn’t really up for that. For our family this was basically £255 we could have bought some food for our house but may as well have thrown the money straight in the bin. Feel saddened by the whole process and unless you’re putting money their way they won’t help. If you have companies cold calling to ask about holidays I would now just avoid. I will call the company when I want to use them, end of. If a representative wants to contact me about trying to make this right I’ll speak to them to see what they offer. When they find out I don’t want to give them more money for nothing they will likely hang up. For now everyone, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

I would like to express my appreciation for the resolution of my recent booking reservation with Booksi. I extend a special thank you to Diana Law for her diligent follow-up and to Kino Williams for her understanding and prompt action in identifying a solution. The matter has been successfully resolved, and I am grateful for your assistance.
We just signed up a monthsgi. We called today ti change the city we originally paid for. The “salesman” as he called himself said he could change and thrn came back and said couldn’t and hung up. Very bizarre. Is this a scam or what? Why is there different priced when you log in versed searching and not logging in? Im getting charged every month fir what???

The people is what makes a vacation worth remembering.
I was told when booking a discounted two night's stay that I could use the voucher within a year on ANY 2 nights of my choice, INCLUDING weekends. I even spoke to a manager to make sure that this was the case. However, when I went to book, I found that I could only check in on a Thursday or a Sunday, not a Friday as I wanted. Beware of what they tell you on the phone, ask to see it in writing before you commit.

They lure you into a credit card payment, which they will only refund after you invest many hours of debate, talking with "Supervisors", who have no intention of helping...

I have spoken to six representatives in the past month to cancel this reservation and they just keep calling.

"Our trip was truly exceptional, and we found that all services and facilities at the Royal Savoy were exactly as described.
We would like to highlight that Booksi is a very trustworthy agent. It is important for travelers to understand that these high-value deals are part of a 'vacation preview' or timeshare promotion. While the 90-minute presentation requirement might not be immediately obvious at the moment of purchase, the process was very smooth. In our experience, the presentation lasted longer than 90 minutes, but it was informative, fun, and handled with great professionalism.
The luxury suite we enjoyed was provided at a fantastic promotional price as part of this program. We initially didn't realize it was a timeshare promotion, but the quality of the accommodation and the service made it a wonderful experience. Crucially, we did not pay a single cent more than the originally announced price—there were no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
We sincerely appreciate the effort made by Booksi to make these luxury opportunities available to travelers. We also want to thank the Royal Savoy for their impeccable service. Booksi is a great agent, and we highly recommend them for those looking for high-end vacations at an affordable promotional rate."

I'm out over $300 I paid for 2 vacations because the the only travel dates available are Hawaii during monsoon or a resort in November when its cold. Basically the only bookings you get are the crappy ones. Also now that I'm reading more reviews they also would have made me sit through some crappy 2 hour time share on whats suppose to be a romantic trip for me and my husband to get away from our busy life. BOOOO BOOKSI you lost me

Loved every minute of our stay. Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing location. One of the best short stays we’ve ever had.
I've booked 8 cities through this site and have not been able to use any of them. Secondly, they're a farmhouse for Monster Vacations, so you actually book through Monster Vacations. In addition, you probably won't get the hotel they advertise, but rather an alternative. I asked if I could simply get a refund, and they said they don't issue them. Also, most inventory is with Wyndham properties, so you can only do 1 per year, which they don't tell you upfront or in fine print.

They provide a package and let you book at a specific hotel and then when you called to book it, they say the hotel is unavailable. They need to take it off the website then to stop giving false representation that one hotel is available. And I’m trying to get your money back is such an annoying process so now I’m out $168.

Inquiring about the details of my recent purchase for my vacation package, Aisha Gudger did her best to help me find something for my birthday this month in the desired location. Although we were able to acquire anything for that location, I left the call reassured with the information she provided. Thank you again Aisha for perfect customer service and I'll be sure to keep you updated on my trip!
Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Everything was perfect!
It was easy to book I'm not very good with technology but you made it easy for me to follow 😉 😀
I went and was told it would be 79 for 3 nights in Vegas at Paris then I was on hold for 1 1/2 hours waiting for them to do a call back . Man I love to find out about time shares but to have to come out of pocket on another level when they said it wouldn't be that much SCAM!!!! They never got back on the phone just said goodbye
