I am a firm believer in, if it looks too good to be true,it probably is. So, I kept expecting to find a catch.But there wasn't one. Every thing was as described.
£199 for 3 nights bed and breakfast as long as you partook in the sales meeting.

The Hotel was very comfortable and staff very freiendly

Quiet location, good food, wine and cheese tasting. Perfect getaway

It was a lovely getaway. Bathroom was very cold! Staff were lovely!

Lovely building with great restaurant

Great building, some problems with wheelchair access but these were soon dealt with in a professional manner where possible as some rooms could not be accessed at this moment due to it being a listed building. This is a work in progress. Room was more than expected, in a lovely courtyard, a good size and well furnished and decorated. Very comfortable bed, great shower and bath set up. Food was great, plenty of choice and well cooked, presented and served. All staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly and welcoming. Definitely will revisit in the future.

Friendly staff. Alex and Blue were both very good at promoting their product. They were very informative and gave good explanation.

My husband booked a long weekend break for my Christmas 1 the photo of hotel wasn’t right 2 when I called hotel they had never heard of this company nor did they deal with them 3 they are refusing to return his money …. Why are they on trust pilot as good they are scammers trust should look into this too you told us it was aberfoyal hotel and you had that picture on your book confirmation you called it that hotel now you have threatened my husband to cancel with no money return unless I take this review down ever heard such blackmail ever trading standards are getting this to deal with

No complaints at all. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were polite, obliging and fun. Fantastic location.

The staff were great, as was the food.

The decor is looking a bit jaded in places.

The venue was top of the range and the staff could not have been more helpful.

We had an incredible experience. Everyone at the hotel was like family. I was scared that I would be cold as Scotland is known for cold weather. The room wa cozy and I didn’t need any extra blankets. We had our 60 minute talk and signed up for Karma membership. Our host was Blue. She was amazing. She gave us an opportunity to speak to Adrian who is one of the Karma managers in Europe. An incredible gentleman, humble, understanding. We had mazing time .

Stayed at the karma hotel in salford. the staff was very friendly and polite, the hotel was nice but our room was okay but the walls and floor boards was so thin we didn't get much sleep as was very noisy.
However the overall stay was nice. Nice gesture for my partners birthday too.

Lovely hotel all the staff were friendly and helpful, cheese and wine night was great.

The caller was very pleasant and did not pressurise me at all. He called back when he said he would. He then appreciated that this booking was for a very special occasion (70th Birthday) and was pulling all the stops out.

Rooms dated bar no one about

The room was spacious with an amazing view. We did have one of the two better rooms, which made it all the better. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and of a good standard.
