It was easy to order the personalized coffee mug. When I received it, it was perfect! I can't wait to gift it to my sister who is a quilter. While it took a while to get here due to personalization of the mug, I was kept updated by Bookswares as to the progress of the shipment.

A beautiful piece that is personalized and delivered timely for the holidays and actually can be displayed year around.

Very poor customer service, unethical business practices scamming customers consistently. Already filed a report with BBB which seems to be the same complaint many others have expressed before me. Product is very cheap looking. Would not recommend it for anyone else.

The ordering processes is always easy; the t-shirt quality is good; and delivery is fast.

I would give this company zero stars. I have emailed 3 days in a row to get a refund on an order and not acknowledgement. If I have not heard by this afternoon, I will contact my bank as feel this is a scam company not interested in customers.

Lovely design, good size for my café latte in the morning. Just love my new cups. But please stop the commercials while your customers are waiting for their first order to be delivered, I found them rather irritating. But otherwise, as I said, lovely products, also the pairs of booklover socks I bought before Christmas.

The mug I ordered for my daughter was really brautiful with a sewing machines, rolls of thread, scissors etc. Really loved it.

Items as nice as expected. Accompanied by a flood of emails, which became annoying, but that’s dropped off a bit now that items have arrived.

Page holder is exactly as described. My name is spelled correctly in engraving. Works well to reduce arthritic joint strain when reading a book.

These items were purchased as Birthday gifts for two special nieces who love books.
They arrived as ordered. I'm sure when I finally celebrate the birthdays (March and May) they will be well received.
