Not ideal

Not quite sure what happened as it was working fine. But my promotions have recently been automatically disabling, I put them on with the right dates and when I go on the app the next day they’re disabled. This has been a problem since the 6th Jan. they’ve offered me a free month but done nothing to acc fix the problem. Everytime I ring up they say the product team are looking into it and then never get back to me just keep asking me to send screenshots over of the problem, which I’ve done about 3 times now. I would like to speak to the manager.

Booksy is a great tool to use with in your business.

It enables us to keep bookings coming in while the salons are shut, it saves us answering the phone as people can just make the appointments theirselves. It finds us new clients online!

BOOKSY IS A SCAM

I have been using booksy for years now and today will be my last day. For the first time I had a No-Show client and forgot to mark it as such by the end of my busy work day. Booksy did not have any courtesy instead they charged commission fee of $45 for this “first time client” who didn’t not show up for hair appointment. Why would I pay 30% commission fee for a first time client who cancelled on me and did not show up? Booksy can go to hell! Money hungry app for sure. I will never recommend

Booksy is very convenient and great for anyone in the business of Barbers, nails, cosmetology etc.
It make booking easy and planning very convenient for both consumers and providers.
I would recommend to anyone in need of a platform that provides service to consumers in need.

I can’t believe this company is allowed…

I can’t believe this company is allowed to exist after 3 completely different departments all have the same not helping attitude and scam responses. They are a scam and literally caused my company to lose money not one… not 1 single client booked through this horrible scheduling service
No one returns calls emails nor takes care of issues!! I was lied straight to my face with agent and corporation was even worse with their bs.

do not pay any deposits on this site as…

do not pay any deposits on this site as if you do and need to cancel the booking booksy will not give the deposit back , they told me to contact the retailer directly but the number was a deadline and no email provided , I contacted booksy again and was told there was nothing they could do except email the retailer again and ask for them to contact me , they could not provide me with the retailers email due to gdpr , I am now sitting 2 weeks later with no response.
