They listed our business without permission and are displaying incorrect, misleading information. I brought this to their attention many months ago, and they fail to respond. Should be shut down by relevant authorities.

My name is Mary Lee never heard of your company. why when you google my phone number does it come up with me as a doctor?
2: who do you think you are to steal my details and misrepresent me online.
3: Can not get any answer on your support number as it just is uncontactable.
4: Also the business I had, has been closed since 2015
5: Do not even live in the same state.
6: This is fraudulent misrepresentation. Especially as you are unknown to me.
7: get back to me via email and take down my details or I will report to google. Since you have made it impossible to contact you other than here.
The only reason you have 1 star is because you can not leave a review without a rating.

All the information they have provided about my business is incorrect, such as business hours and how to contact! Providing misleading information to important customers! Just to have a business listing on their so called booking page doesn't have a client or business' best interests! Dont book with a booking site, message/phone the business you'd like to book with direct!

They have listed my personal address for a business but I have no such business. This is a huge security issue. I have tried calling their Support number listed but line is dead every time. Do not trust the information on this website. Addresses should be verified.

These people hijacked my salon’s details (I’m assuming from google) and listed it on their site without my knowledge or permission.
I’ve since moved premises and changed business name however the listing still is live.
I receive regular calls from people wanting to book and unless I ask which business they’re wanting to book for, I run the risk of booking someone into a salon 3.5hrs away from me at a premises we are no longer at.
Cue the angry, abusive calls when they discover this has occurred.
I have emailed THREE times requesting this listing be taken down and they never reply and the listing is still there.
The phone number they give goes to an unmanned voicemail.
Until the listing is removed, I’ll find the time in my day to write a 1 star review each and every day.

I made a booking through your website for a hair appointment at Studio 23. After driving for 40 minutes, I arrived at the salon to find they had not received my booking so I had no other option than turning around and going home. I'm very disappointed, to say the least.

We tried to book an appointment at Sugared and Bronzed at Tweed Mall but were told we had to book online ?? We found the website not user friendly for gift certificate holders but made a booking anyway. On the morning of the appointment my wife injured her face and felt unwell .
We rang at 9.05 am to reschedule but no answer. I went to the salon to reschedule for next week but was told that the $100 deposit was FORFEIT ! The receptionist was chewing gum the whole time.
Since we were unable to use the gift certificate online and the forfeited $100 was on our credit card , we asked for a refund for the gift certificate. Request denied. My wife has a badly bruised face and is $220 poorer.
The facial staff are caring and friendly. Policies not.
After contacting Bookwell support , the deposit was refunded with an apology.

I did removed rip hair. I was so nervous. Because I really hate pain.But Honey was so sweet and explained all about the pain and care after this for me... I recommend this shop strongly. *^^*

I made a booking through your website for a facial at Gratia's beauty clinic. After driving for an hour, I arrived at the salon to find it locked with no one on the premises. I waited a further 20 minutes before giving up and going home.

Always a pleasure having my hair done with Ros. So friendly and a wealth of experience.

Really good process. I even wrote the morning of my appointemrnt because the owner was 5 mns late and someone from Bookwell team called her directly to check if she was coming to open her shop!
