This really works. I first took this last year and lost over a stone. The sachets are easy to take, for best results take lots of water shortly after them. I found that they really curbed my appetite, I take longer to eat and enjoy food more. I love bread but had avoided it because it made me bloat,with boom bod I can now have toast in the morning and still lose weight. This is a great product. Tip out powder in a plastic water bottle and shake well powder dissolves better.

Sadly I followed the instructions to the letter and after 7 days I have not dropped even a pound. I didn't notice any benefits of reduced hunger or energy either. Didn't work for me at all.

The doesn’t do anything at all. My hunger and my weight is still the same

I still feel bloated which I hoped would ease. However I dont feel as hungry and I'm hoping for some weight loss as I'm counting calories too.

Ordered it well over a week ago took A week to even get my order picked according to the tracking link not impressed still not received my order apparently it’s on its way.

It tasted fine but didn’t see the results I hoped for.

I have not felt any different in the way of my eating habits and I haven’t lost any weight at all.

Tastes good and it works. I’ve lost about 3-4lb over the week but I have been eating healthy and exercising also

I placed my order on 3rd May and have not received it. I understand there being a delay due to covid 19, however I received an email on 6th May confirming my items had been shipped out and then received instructions on how to use the product. I am yet to receive the items and so am not in a position to leave a review on the weight loss progress.

Did not help me at all, has made me more hungry than I was before starting

Just an honest review, everyone is different in how these things work in different bodies but it didn't work for me followed everything it said on the box and didn't really loose anything by the end of the week, I also was on the toilet quite alot l which has never happened to me before so I came off them for a few days to see if it was this product and again I start after maybe 4/5 days and again my stomach is back to aches and pains again. Not for me and probably won't try again. I got the 28 day and only done 2 weeks. I'm not giving a bad review, did help me sleep better. Just my story.

Arrived quickly, I’m on my first week of trying it.

The delivery was sent to the wrong address (not boom bods fault) but was sent a new one out straight away, waiting for that to arrive but 10/10 for their customer service skills. Can’t wait to try !
