Hi, you ordered, with free shipping. When you choose to ship for free we pay the cost for the cheapest option to send to your area / address, which is regular postal mail service and since you are living in Portugal and we ship from Belgium it can take up to 2 weeks or longer to receive your package.
If you would like to receive the package faster or be able to track real-time you have the option to pay for a shipping method with tracking and delivery within 2-5 days.
