Great help in changing my order details

First of all, I ordered a little present for my girlfriend before 14th of February, now it's 5th of March and it still didn't arrive.

First of all, when I purchased this gift I contacted the Boomf support to see who is the shipper, what mail services do they use to deliver the gift... but their response was we don't know, once we ship the package we have no clue where it is, what delivery company is delivering it, or who will take it. So after the purchase, I had to manually contact mail companies to uncover the mystery where the present is, apparently Boomf uses the cheapest way to ship a gift, this is what I discovered, since another gift that I bought later arrived in 10 days, Boomf one month and counting for it to arrive...

You know what? At least say it will come in 60-70 days, don't make an advertisement that says it will arrive in 7 day, and the way you have no idea where your packages are is a shame. Won't ever order from this site again.

I ordered through Boomf and the address for shipping was auto generated through my device, meaning I had sent the item to myself, I contacted boomf and explained the situation, they were happy to help and they quickly amended this so ensure this was sent to the correct address. Happy with the service really efficient.

Customer service is incredible. Really helped me out after my own error and in record time. Good customer service means a lot and I would recommend boomf for their fun products anyway but after their help I’d recommend for their lovely service too.

Don't waste your money. I really wanted these to be as advertised. Put simply, they're not.
I ordered 3 different 'exploding' type cards.
Spent 30 quid and got a butterfly which fell on the floor with one wing flapping, a confetti card which jammed and failed to launch and finally a confetti cube which had no explosion and a half made cube which needed a helping hand to be a square shape.
It genuinely would have been more unique to have a regular card with a nice message inside.
Lesson learnt!

I ordered the sweets exploding confetti box, unfortunately it had popped open before I was able to gift it and all the confetti came out, messaged customer service who offered 20%cash back or 20% off next purchase which I declined, i felt under the circumstances a replacement should have been offered but was told as the sweets were still good this was not possible. Very disappointed as it completely defeats the purpose of an exploding sweet box

I have just found this great website for birthday cards. Never heard of an exploding greeting card. Love it. Just sent one to my brother personalised . I drive him up the wall so can't wait to hear his reaction from is exploding confetti birthday card. Also being so excited about this idea I sent it to own address - contacted Boomf and it was sorted straight away. Very happy with the whole process. Definitely using this company again.

absolutely amazing experience with this company. I wanted to get a unique quirky gift for my aunties birthday however I put the address in wrong which they sorted out for me in a matter of minutes of sending an email. I also received a 10 percent discount off my first order. Satisfied is an understatement :)

Boomf is really easy to use uploading images and writing loved ones messages. Easy to add confetti to it and really easy to add extra gift add ons. The team are fast and efficient at getting to you with answers and helping out Im more than satisfied with their customer service and help they provided me. Really cool designs really enjoyed editing and making my birthday gift look good!

Had issues with configuring a photo for a cannon card. Customer Services were so helpful and they asked me to send the photo which they re configured and sent back to me. I then uploaded and everyting worked well. Really happy with the efficient service and the card.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong item, I then emailed them about it and stated what had happened, they quickly fixed it and was able to give me a refund.

I ordered 2 items. Same products but personalised for individuals and different outer cards. However, I forgot to make a note of which was which. Sent emails quite late in the evening and received responses almost immediately. Sorted the issue out for me in 2 emails.

Wanted help with codes as couldn't get but customer service team were great and I've just bought 2 one was half price just fantastic

Nothing happened!!! One red heart ❤️ really disappointed for my granddaughter.. It arrived two days late so missed her actual birthday.. no reply from customer service. Will not be using them again.

So excited to be ordering another Boomf extravaganza! I had to ask for help from the Boomf team as to how to operate it!!😂😂 but they were so fantastic and very accommodating - so, thank you to Will, such a patient and caring guy, this little Boomf delight is on its way to the USA!!

Service is good, the pop up card cube with confetti is terrible. Such a disappointment, anticlimactic as it just flops out with and kind of pours confetti lifelessly out of it. Nothing like the adverts at all!
