I have bought 50€ worth shoes from Boomtic and the quality is so poor that I decided to return them. Customer services is the worst and I am still waiting for a refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Horrible experience with this company. 2 moths now didnt receive item i ordered even tho they say its delivered. Contacted customer service, complete ignore from them. Loosing hope that i will get my money back or item. Telling all my friends to never ever buy anything from them. Treating customers like crap.
Terrible! Absolute scam of a company. Poor quality product and even worse customer service! Now I’m stuck with €50 worth of useless product. Took 8 weeks to arrive and I’ve been told that they must received returns within 14 days to get a refund - SCAM! Steer clear!!
