Goods not as expected
My order arrived today so excited to see my great grandsons Christmas present . So disappointed with the item . I know they said the colours may not be as expected how true the are so dull and hardly able to distinguish what it was even supposed to be . This will not even be noticeable when hung on the Christmas tree where it was meant to be. I will now have to devise something of my own to try and show what it is meant to be

Since writing this revue I have had a reply from Bonsellas they are sorry that I am not happy with my purchase they have asked for a photo of the item purchased plus photos of the inner and outer packaging . They are going to look into my purchase and will be sending me the outcome . Hoping for a happy resolution to the situation.
