Absolutely awful. Has taken on way to much work to finish anything properly. Installed a toilet for me and didn't connect the flush so it didn't work. Ignored over 20 calls, messages, social media comments and posts. Took over 3 months to come back to fix.
This all happened even after he failed to show up several times for the original job. I would not recommend.
Paul and his team replaced our entire heating system - new pressurised system boiler, radiators, cylinder and they also had to replace all our old microbore radiator pipes. A complex job which needed careful attention to detail and some creativity, they worked really hard to minimise disruptions to the family throughout. They were very good problem-solvers when one or 2 unforeseen or additional fixes were needed. Overall Paul was responsive, efficient and good value for money. I would very strongly recommend them.
