SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

I paid for an upgrade to have my songs playlist within 24 hrs and BC did not deliver. And I can't even find a contact to reach out to. I trusted them, against all the scam warnings.

I dont know what to give in the review…

I dont know what to give in the review because i dont really know if this is gonna work. Just posted the song and quickly asked for a review. When i see results i would gladly post any reviews. Cost 108 to put my song in the promo plan. We'll see how it goes.

Serious concerns, no response after a week, suspicious Trustpilot reviews.

I bought the bronze package and, after the promotion had been active for about 5 days, had a few concerns:

1. While my song had been added to 3 playlists via Boost Collective, it was only receiving any streams at all from one of them (this is still true after almost 2 weeks).
2. The plays I was receiving seemed suspicious: I was receiving 5-10 additional plays per day from 5-10 listeners, and being added to 1-5 extra playlists per day (presumably by those listeners). Despite that I was getting no 'likes', which seemed odd as you'd have thought that, if someone liked a song enough to add it to a playlist, they might also give it a like. Sure, not every time, but at least sometimes, and I have not had a single like. This made me suspicious that the plays may be by bots, especially as the playlists were all made by the same company, called Unpause, whose website simply says 'we are looking for investors and will be back soon'. If it is bot activity, then my account is at risk of being blacklisted by Spotify.
3. I was asked to leave a Trustpilot review immediately after signing up to the service, despite the fact that I had, by that point, obviously not had any experience with the company so couldn't comment on the service.

As the company seemed small, ambitious, and personable, I wanted to give them a chance to solve my issue before posting a review, so I emailed them the above concerns on 4th November. I had heard nothing back by the 7th November, so e-mailed again, copying in their support team. This prompted an automated response asking for 2-4 business days to reply, which have now passed (it is 13th November). I am very disappointed with this experience and would suggest using a different service if you want to get your music onto playlists (and doing some proper research beforehand! I found a good article about it on Two Story Melody).

It’s a scam

It’s a scam. I paid for the platinum pack for my song and was guaranteed like 25k-50k streams something like that. I got 2k. I usually get over 1k for most of my songs so I’m fairly certain most -if not all- of my streams had nothing to do with boost collective. Especially considering the playlists they put me on were totally not the vibe of my song. I want a refund.

So far so good

So far so good. I like the timeliness of the promotion and from what I can see everything is moving organically. There was some extra incentives that made trying the service more appealing as well. Also, the added bonuses are a gem and I plan on using them to reach out to more playlists in the future.
