Disappointing. I've worked with a number of Spotify promotion services; most are a waste of money. So had hoped that Boost Collective would live up to the hype; it didn't. But more than the disappointment in the stream count, is my disappointment in the complete absence of customer support. After weeks of sent email (to 3 different official addresses), and no replies... am giving up. So it goes.
