I was at the point of returning the items as I wasn’t happy with the residue it was leaving. Reaching out they suggested I tried the rootz before applying the fibres. What a game changer I now feel confident in what I’m doing hair looks great no one would guess how thin I am on top and for a lady this is paramount. Thank you boost and blend for the advise and help. Happy customer
I had made the wrong product choice myself, but was still incredibly well assisted by customer service, especially by Kris. He handled my situation with kindness and professionalism, offered thoughtful support, and ensured everything was resolved smoothly. BEWARE - my purchase was made using PayPal. The delivery was never made due to Apt. # not in address. My address has always been correct in PayPal and this has never happened during the many years of using PayPal and several changes of address. When contacted them was told there would be a $5.00 fee to resend and would not give a refund. Responded address correct in Paypal and their error. Their response the same as their first. I did not reply. Then I get a third email from them and now feel it feels like harassment. Will not buy items using ads on FC or IG again.

As someone who has experienced a season of hairloss, I am very particular when it come to anything haircare related. The 10 minute mask is an absolute dream of a product. It’s very gentle on my scalp and my usually dry hair feels so soft and silky every time I use it.

Exactly what I was hoping for! I've tried Toppik but BoostnBlend is in a class of its own. Much better colour match plus it blends and stays in more naturally. I'm not sure about those other reviews, I contacted them to ask some questions and the lady I spoke to was incredibly kind and patient.

Sent goodness knows how many messages on FB, Instagram and 3 emails. The 3rd email had a message informing me the address was invalid. All I want us a refund as I can't use their hair fibres product, there is no returns address on their website, which I find strange. I am £26 out of pocket, if they don't contact me I will escalate this complaint, awful customer service!

Unfortunately the product doesn't work for me even though I had big hopes after reading other people's reviews. That is fine, happens HOWEVER, website advises that it is possible to return the product if you are unhappy with the purchase. It is over 2 weeks now as I am trying to find out the return address and not hearing from anyone. Looks as if they are trying to pass 30 days return time so they can tell me "sorry, it is too late now". TERRIBLE SERVICE!
