Poor customer service, poor quaility

Soles don't fit inside boots ,return policy a joke .
Robbed of money ,avoid .

There are a few problems for my order.
1) it took quite a long time for the delivery. When I want to track my delivery after clicking their website, my internet security software popped up saying that the website was affected, therefore I can't get in to check with that.
2) I have ordered the carbon fibre together with a memory foam insole. However, it came with the carbon fibre insole but a pair of cheap quality, plain white rubber insole. It's completely not memory foam, no contour shape at all and has to be cut to size. Literally you can find this insole from any cheap shoes.
3) I have sent an inquiry back to the company about their "memory foam insole" but there is no response.
4) The company sent me a review link, however, same as their website, my internet security blocked it as malicious code found in the website. That's why what I can do is to review here.

To be fair, I didn't test the carbon fibre insole yet as it has to be placed under the original insole. For my boots, there are shock absorbing material in the heel area of the boots as well. If there isn't any better insole that can provide the shock absorbing function, I won't give it a try as the carbon fibre one is really hard (not sure if it could be bent as advertised). So I can't comment on the effect whether or not it does what it advertised.
