Called on the 6th of September 2022 to explain what had happened with my car and asked if it could be looked at on the day he assured me it would take a day to look at and strip so I towed the car to the garage and waited to hear back. Communication was extremely poor and would only respond via text after 11pm. By Thursday I was actually able to get a hold of him on the phone and told the car had not even been looked at yet and was in the queue, this went on for the rest of the week and didn't hear anything until I followed up again on Monday which was more of the same but told a compression test had been done and shown 2 cylinders to be faulty and this would cost 900 however further tests would need to be carried out to be sure and this was yet again delayed. Fast forward to that Thursday and I was finally given a full diagnosis and told the job would actually cost 2000 as there was additional issues such as thermostat housing timing chain and all valves for all 4 cylinders would need replacing. Bearing in mind I was told it would be 375 for stripping the car and would only be charged to put it all back together if I did not get any work carried out and if it was just valves its 900. He was due to get back to me on Friday to discuss the quote however he flew away to Germany and did not say anything despite me calling to follow up till Tuesday where I again disputed the costs and he reduced it by only 94. In this time I had spoken to 2 mechanics who I was not able to get the work done by as I needed the car done ASAP and did not expect to wait 2 weeks for a diagnosis all who said the job would be 900-1000. 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the car to be complete. Now a month later and told I would be able to collect the car on the 30th October 2022 I was then told the seals on the gasket are warped and will now need replacing and this will be done on Monday, come Monday now the washers on the injector need doing then come Tuesday all the spark plugs needed doing aswell. Finally after following up multiple times in the day despite him still trying to stop me from coming to collect the car I got to the garage at 4 and left at 6 as once it was ready to settle the bill he yet again lied and wanted to charge me for the thermostat housing which was actually found to not be faulty and was returned but still wanted to charge me for it and also denied the fact he had agreed a reduced amount of 1600 however this was only on the phone so I had no proof and he refused to acknowledge ever saying it. He has overcharged me on labour and parts and for things most mechanics do not even charge for. His communication is unprofessional and poor to say the least. Extremely dissatisfied would never use again and i will make a formal complaint through trading standards to have them inspected. Disgusted that a Muslim man would happily con people and over charge by 1k. He's a stupid small little road man have no idea how he's running a business.. Anyone that works for a person like that knowing what he's doing is just as bad.
If you are in need of a honest reliable mechanic especially if you are a woman please take the time to look carefully. I was in desperate need after breaking down on the motorway with my little one and could not wait 2 weeks for my mechanic but now I wish I had. My mechanic said he could have done this same job for 900. What I have been charged by boost technik is extortionate. Please feel free to respond to this naeem although you were pretty spineless the whole time I was actually at the garage and hid away while your manager dealt with the issue so it's safe to say you haven't got anything to say on the matter.

TOTAL LIAR AND A SCAMMER!!! THEY ARE A FRAUD, THEY TRY TO DISCONNECT PARTS AND SAY YOU NEED THIS PART ASWELL THIS IS THE PROBLEM AND CHARGE A FORTUNE!!! THEY ONLY HAVE 1 WORKER TO SAVE MONEY!!! CLEARLY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY AINT PROFESSIONALS AND HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OR CERTIFICATES IN THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS!!! AVOID THESE COW BOYS!!!

Had a really weird issue with my brakes seizing and was quoted very high prices in local garages to fix. Was recommended this place and was given a much lower quote than everyone else. Car was fixed and back running within a few days. Also had my AC regas while it was in and had my MOT renewed. Great service and definitely a garage I can trust and my go to place from now on!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! MY CAR WAS TAKEN TO THIS GARAGE IN OCTOBER 2020 FOR A REMAP THE STAFF NAMED NAIEM HASAN (NAMZ) CLEARLY STATED REMAP CAN BE DONE WITH POPS AND BANGS SO I WENT AHEAD WITH IT AFTER THE REMAP WAS DONE I WAS TOLD THE CARS NEW POPS AND BANGS CANNOT BE DONE SO IF I WAS TOLD THIS PRIOR TO THE REMAP BEING CARRIED OUT I WOULD OF TAKEN MY CAR ELSEWHERE SO CLEARLY HE KNEW IT CANT BE DONE AND WASTED TIME DOING THE REMAP AND CHARGING ME FOR IT, I DIDNT GET WHAT I WANTED!!! I TAKEN THE CAR ELSEWHERE AND GOT THE POPS AND BANGS DONE PAYING £150 WHEN I ALREADY PAID THIS GARAGE £600 FOR A REMAP AND EXHAUST WORK. IF I WAS TOLD POPS AND BANGS CANT BE DONE I WOULDNT OF DONE THE WORK AND WALK AWAY, I WAS TOLD IT CAN AND THEN AFTER THE REMAP DONE IT CANT SO I NOW NEED TO PAY FOR THE REMAP AVOID!!!
ON WEDNESDAY 23RD JUNE 2021 I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR IN FOR A CUT OUT PROBLEM AND MY CAR WAS SITTING THERE TILL MONDAY UNTILL I HAD IT REMOVED FROM THIS GARAGE ON MONDAY MONRING 28TH JUNE 2021, FRIDAY 25TH JUNE 2021 I WAS TOLD THE CAR WILL BE TAKEN INTO THE WORKSHOP AND SORTED BY MONDAY SO I LEFT THE CAR AND WENT HOME TILL I GET A TEXT SAYING I WONT BE TOLD WHAT THE PROBLEM IS TILL MONDAY NEXT WEEK AS THERE CLOSED OVER THE WEEKEND!!! WHEN I WAS THERE ON FRIDAY 25TH WHY WASNT I TOLD THIS BECAUSE I WOULD OF JUST TAKEN MY CAR ELSEWHERE THERE AND THEN SO ANOTHER LIE TO GET HIS HANDS ON SOME QUICK CASH (DIDNT WORK WITH ME MATE) SO I MESSAGED HIM SAYING I WILL COLLECT MY CAR SATURDAY TO LEAVE THE KEY WITH SOMEONE 15MINUTES LATER I GET A TEXT SAYING THE MECHANIC HAS ALREADY STARTED THE WORK I JUST CAME BACK TO THE GARAGE HIS BEEN ON IT FOR 45MINUTES (BUT HE WAS ALREADY AT THE GARARGE FROM ASKING OTHER WORKERS THERE AT PDCUK!!!) HE LIED SO HE CAN KEEP THE CAR AND MAKE SOME QUICK CASH 45MINUTES IT TAKES LESS THEN 10MIN TO TAKE OFF A ENGINE COVER WHICH IS WHAT I WENT AND FOUND ONLY REMOVED FROM THE CAR!!! ALSO SAID THE CAR WAS ON THE RAMP AND I TOOK MY CAR OFF HIS RAMP IT WAS JUST ALIGNED UP WITH THE RAMP NOT EVEN ON THE RAMP I DIDNT EVEN NEED TO LOWER THE RAMP NOTING THE RAMP ARMS WASNT EVEN UNDER THE CARS JACKING POINT BUT AWAY FROM IT DOESNT MEAN IT WAS ON THE RAMP (CLEARLY DOESNT KNOW NOTING OR HOW TO RUN A GARAGE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE IN REPAIRS ATALL, DOESNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DIAGNOSE A CAR PROPERLY!!! I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR TO ANOTHER GARAGE WHO FOUND THE FAULT WITHIN 5MINUTES BEING A FAULTY INJECTOR!!! I WAS TOLD ITS THE THORTTLE BODY HEY GUESS WHAT YOU DISCONNECTED MY THORTTLE BODY SO THIS FAULT COMES UP ON YOUR DIAGNOSTICS MACHINE AND I PAY EXTRA MONEY QUOTED £250 TO REMOVE A MANIFOLD AND REFIT ONLY £100 WHERE MY CAR WAS TAKEN NOW TRYING TO CHARGE PEOPLE BY THE HOUR YOU AINT NO MAIN DEALERS TO CHARGE BY THE HOUR NO ONE DOES THAT EXCEPT SPECILISTS AND YOU AINT NO SPECILIST RUNNING A BUSINESS WHICH IS NOT EVEN REGISTERED UNDER YOU BUT YOUR BROTHER WHO ALSO OWN ZAMZAM IN GREEN STREET (YUSUF HASAN) AFTER REMOVING MY CAR I SAID I NEED MY KEYS BACK WHICH IS JUST A RANDOM PROGRAMMED KEY WHICH I NOW IMMOBILISED!!! HE TELLS ME TO COME AT 12PM TO COLLECT IT I SAID I CAN ONLY COME BETWEEN 10-11AM SO HE SAID COME AT 11AM IF IM NOT HERE HE WILL KEEP THE KEYS I GO AT 10AM BE TOLD COME AT 11AM SO I WAIT AFTER 30MINUTES A TEXT SAYING COME AT 12PM SO CLEARLY HIS MESSING ABOUT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW IF YOU BEEN DONE WRONG BY THIS GARAGE I URGE YOU TO CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS AT BARKING & DAGENHAM COUNCIL REPORT IT TO THE MOTOR OMBUDSMAN AND RIP OFF BRITAIN AT BBC ALSO CONTACT ME IF YOU CAN SO I CAN SHOW YOU HOW TO CLAIM YOUR MONEY BACK VIA MONEY CLAIMS ONLINE ON THE GOVERMENT WEBSITE JUST TYPE MONEY CLAIMS ONLINE ON THE SEARCH ENGINE BOX YOU WILL SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. THIS GARAGE HAS NO RETURNING CUSTOMERS JUST LIKE LAST WEEK THEY CARRIRED OUT A EXHAUST MOD ON A AUDI S3 CAR JUST BEEN DRIVEN OUT THE GARAGE AND EXHAUST FALLS OF WHEN IT WAS EASY BOLT ON WORK THE EXHAUST FALLS OFF HOW EMBARRASSING IS THAT!!! AVOID THIS GARAGE THEY DISCONNECT THINGS TO SHOW YOU ITS FAULTY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA AND OVERCHARGE YOU WHEN YOU DONT NEED A PART REPLACED!!!

These Thiefs put water in my m8s engine, they put water in peoples engine claim headgasket gone why u think 19 plate audi s3s always in this garage loll geting engine rebuild have u wondered y ?hear this they will contaminate your engine by adding slight water in engine to show you its headgasket !!! take 2k of u then give it few oil flushes give and give your car back as if they rebuilt it! scumm bags ! thats how these scum bags do it ! dishonesty lying dogs stay away still want to get ripped 2k go here

Charged me for a service and didn't do it. Stole my money. Cowboys please do not trust this garage, every review is fake.

My oil filter is completely black and out of shape after 2000 miles on a petrol car. He didn't change it and neither did he change the oil. I supplied the parts, and he stole them and charged me.

Never use them.

I need an MOT and a full service done and I am very pleased to say that the service was second to none! It was quick, efficient and priced very reasonably. Boost Technik took care of me and I highly recommend them. Will definitely be using there services again.
