I have received the Revo-Rack for your MX5 RF in good shape. Unfortunately it is the dead of winter in South Dakota right now, so I have the car put away for the winter. I will have to wait til spring to try it out and give it a real review, but I see no reason it won't do a great job. The 4 stars are only because I can't try it out yet.

I placed an order around Christmas time and the delivery took place before the year end, which I found rather fast considering the time of the year. On top of that I paid a fair price for the luggage rack. It was a good buy.

The item actually arrived before Christmas!

Phenomenal product! I did a 1850 mile road trip with rain and my clothes were perfectly safe and it did nothing to my Miata. Very easy to use as well.

We haven’t used the bag yet, but in a week’s time we’ll be on a 1,700km road trip, so will update the review then. But the ordering process, dispatch and receipt of the package was excellent. The online videos and resources are very helpful too.

We LOVE our BMW convertible, however, with the limited trunk space we needed a solution that was dependable and safe. This rack is the best one on the market, and it took us going over seas to find it! I will refer everyone that asks about it to BootBag as I am highly impressed with the racks durability and quality! We took a 500 mile Thanksgiving trip across Texas in about 40F/4.5C and each time we stopped to pump the suction cups only one time did it feel like it needed only a little pumping. Looking forward to our next trip!

Back and forth conversation to make sure what I needed was what I needed. Helped me diagnose the part I needed by going through the part. After figuring out the problem they placed the exact part for replacement and had it shipped out immediately.

I’ve started taking longer trips with my wife in my MGs and really needed more luggage space. But permanent luggage racks really spoil the lines of my MGB, MGF, and MG RV8, require holes/dent the metal of the boot lid, etc.

The original 50L Boot Bag solved my problem: it can be easily installed on any of my cars, is a lot bigger than my overhead-bin carry on bag, doesn’t leave marks on the paint, and packs away until needed in a small bag. It holds enough for a weekend away, leaving room in the boot for all the tools & spares needed for piece of mind with an elderly MG!

Brilliant product, had to move back to uk from Gibraltar via mx5 mk3 rammed with belongings, the bootbag held a medium case rammed with over 30kg and got it back to Yorkshire in one piece no drama. Highly recommend, I was going to buy a boot rack so glad I didn’t.

Thank you for your email asking me to review my purchase from you. I wanted to write to you personally as unfortunately we had rather a bad experience.

Firstly, before buying I wanted to speak to someone about the suitability of the bag and light for my car, I phoned quite a few times at various different times, but never managed to talk to anyone. However I did go ahead with a purchase.

Before we even used the boot bag brake light, it came off the webbing. We had to secure it on with zip ties so that it would not fall off. It might be helpful to add to the website that you may need a mechanic to fit this, as it was certainly not something that can be done easily.

The bag - on our outward journey the weather was good and so we had no problems at all. On the return we had to drive through some very bad weather, after the first couple of hours we knew that the bag was leaking, at our first stop everything - all of our clothes were soaked. However, we put this down to our human error that maybe we had not secured the Velcro or maybe slightly over packed etc. The next day we made absolutely sure that there was definitely no over packing and that the Velcro was very securely fastened. Luckily we had some bin liners and so we were able to double pack everything just in case. The same happened, the bag leaked hugely and was very wet inside.

The other very upsetting thing was that where the webbing goes through the boot, to hold the bag, this also became soaked and in turn made everything in the boot wet that was under the lines of the webbing, although items in the boot were also in bags, I had a very wet laptop and computer and multiple other items. Next day, bin liners were also necessary in the boot to protect it's contents from the webbing.

When I received the bag we were all quite surprised at what we had received for our money, but after all the good reports that we had read, we decided that it must be better than just using a sports bag. However in hindsight I really wish that we had saved our money.

Works fantastic, the only concern will be if you tied the stuff down correctly because the Revo Rack will never give you any problems.

Purchased a "Mazda Miata ND Trunk Luggage Rack : Revo-Rack Black ( Specific Model for ND With Sirius antenna or lip spoiler )", seems sturdy overall. First time I tried to use the straps they broke. I tried to contact the company several times, but radio silence. They did ship fast to the US (Hawaii) which was appreciated.

Great product, fit my 2006 US spec Miata with no problem. Easy instructions and fast shipping at a great price.

Held up great on a 2000mile roadtrip. Just wish there was some way to either mechanically fasten it down as a failsafe, or have a better indicator of lost suction on the road (even though this never happened)

Far superior fit and finish to the rack from Classic Accessories or Classic Luggage Racks or whatever they call themselves.

We bought the Vacation Boot Bag for our Mazda Miata. It is an excellent product that worked exactly as described on a 2000 mile road trip. No problems at all!

It's a great boot bag well-made, but I have not used it yet, so watch this space.

I received a free replacement for my protective caps informally and promptly

Easy to fix onto boot of car (MX5 MkIII) well made product…..just managed to fit a golf bag (without clubs) if only they made a bag 200mm longer so I could get nearly a full set of clubs in rather than clob up my boot?
