Item never arrived unhelpful service
Purchased cleaning tool item but they sent it via Evri to the wrong address twice and now so much hassle to get my money back. They don’t have a telephone service. Please avoid this company.

This is the second one we have purchased. It s used every weekend on very muddy rugby boots, and works brilliantly. We had 1 issue with part of the order missing. I contacted customer service, they dealt with it quickly and replaced the part without issue. Very good service

The plastic scraper broke on my Buddy and Austin in customer care has respoded extremely quickly to resolve the problem to my complete satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

I placed an order on 1st December expecting it to be dispatched on the 2nd December as per the guidance on the website. The money for the order was taken from my credit card on 1st December so when I hadn’t heard anything on 6th December I sent a message to customer service. Apparently what I had order was out of stock although that was not the case when I placed the order. I was told the items would not be in stock before Christmas so I asked to cancel my order and get a refund as it was a Christmas present. Although why was money taken when the goods were not in stock? I was then told refunds were only done on a Sunday. Sunday the 8th Dec came and no refund. I contacted customer services again to be told the refund would be made on Sunday 15th Dec. Guess what no refund on the 15th Dec. Please sort this out. You shouldn’t take funds if you don’t have the goods and a customer certainly shouldn’t have to then wait so long for a refund.

I was skeptical about buying from this company as i’d only seen them advertised on facebook so I wasn’t convinced they’d be reputable.
I took my chance and I am really happy! Item arrived quickly and was packaged really well!
Customer services team were excellent.. replied quickly to my query and resolved it immediately. Very happy!

Ordered a product on 1st December. Order confirmed and money taken from account on 2nd December.
10th December they email me saying "we are trying to reach you again" (even though they have not been in touch at all since the order was placed) to say my item is out of stock.
How can you allow an order to be placed when it is not in stock? And then take 10 days to advise someone it is not in stock?
This is a Christmas present.
Absolutely appalling.
And what's worse, there are exactly the same product for half the price, available elsewhere.
Don't waste your time and money.

Product doesnt work like the adverts…
Product doesnt work like the adverts show. Does a worse job than water and a scrubbing brush for twice the price. Water dribbles out of it and doesn’t flow like it shows in the adverts. Doubt ill use it. Now ive tried it once it cant be returned which is fine but i would not recommend the product. Off to charity shop it goes. Some of my friends do love it but i feel a bit conned by their ads tbh …. I got better results before on my trail shoes just with water from a house pipe

Unfortunately my order was lost in shipping however customer services have been extremely helpful and sorted the issue promptly and my new order is on the way.
I love dealing with companies that take customer care seriously and will certainly use this business again.
Good products, better customer service
As well as finding their products excellent, I contacted Boot Buddy customer service about an issue with my order. Although this could have been viewed as a minor issue, the response was rapid and very helpful.
Doesn't work well, no instructions
I was given a Boot Buddy for my birthday. I tried it today. First, I was trying to work out how to open the brush head so it didn't keep closing. I scanned the QR code on the box that says I'll get the instructions - no I didn't, just a bunch of videos thanking me for helping make them wealthy, and encouraging me to buy other brush heads and cleaning fluid. Then they showed me how to clean trainers with just the brush head. If all I need is a brush why bother with a boot buddy?
Then I set about my walking boots. I couldn't make the thing work. It's clear from other reviews here that others have failed to find the correct twist-click postion and are squeezing the reservoir hard to try to get water out. After failing to clean my first walking boot properly I finished it under the tap.
Then I had another play with the brush head, and I managed to get it into a position where water flows, and the head doesn't keep closing.
How was it at cleaning my second boot? Useless. Not enough flow to clean the boot properly, but enough that the buddy runs out of water half-way through and I have to refill it.
I ended up using the Boot Buddy empty, under the tap.
My advice: don't bother. Buy a brush and clean your boots under your outside tap.
BootBuddy said, in their reply to this post, that they’re always happy to provide detailed instructions. I’d like to suggest the best place to provide detailed instructions would be the URL you go to when you scan the QR code on the box that offers detailed instructions. Just a thought.

Very pleased with the customer service response to an item missing from my order. Contacted them straight away, sent a photo of my order and the missing item is being dispatched along with an extra foam cleaner as a gesture of good will. Thanks Austin for a great service 👍
Paid for 2 boot buddies but only one…
Paid for 2 boot buddies but only one was sent out to me. I was asked to send a photo of the package with the missing boot buddy which I did and then told to write a review before the missing boot buddy could be sent out to me.

I stupidly ordered three instead of 2 within minutes of my email requesting a cancellation of 1 they responded very quickly doing as requested .Thankyou so much for helping a silly Granny save some money much appreciated .Certainly would recommend their customer service 100%

Initially emailed them because my order was taking forever to dispatch. Was eventually told that one of the items on my order was out of stock and was on backstock and I needed to wait. This was not clear at the time of ordering, but I thought it wasn’t needed in a massive rush that was fine.
I got a marketing email a few days later to say that specific item in my order was back in stock, so I emailed again to chase where my order was because it hadn’t been processed three days after that marketing email was sent to ask for a refund.
It’s now been 10 days and I haven’t got any items or a refund and I have essentially wasted £25 to get absolutely nothing.
Absolute joke of a company I would avoid it all costs.
