Great product! I had a great result with it the first time, so on the 2nd time I needed to fit a gain in an xs size, I started it again but I didn’t lose weight then. Perhaps it is because I didn’t continue the course til then but generally I like it!

The customer service is very bad! I ordered products again that I didn't receive this time.. I contacted them to sort it out and they told me that I put the address wrong (the same address that I always use when I make orders). But this time they forget to put the number door... so they asked me to pay shipping fees. I asked to cancel the order but they spoke about refund policies they don't do. I checked the refund policies and that's not there or clear!! I decided to pay the shipping fees not to loose my money and products but they loose a customer!
I tell them that and the company prefer to won £2.50 instead keeping a customer!

Terrible customer service. My order has been lost and they keep telling me to wait don't say til when, but do not refund me also. I've trying to sort my case via customer service, which just send back templates even if they have no relation at all with your query, and when I sent them bullets points and just asked them to answer using the points as guidelines, they simply ignored the email, and my order is still way late and no one investigates it for me or send a refund. This is frustrating. The funny thing is the same time they are not assisting you, they are sending loads of spam to your inox trying to push more sales from you. Terrible company to deal with. I wouldnt recommend to anyone

Not sure about the product but service definitely isn’t great. Placed an order in impulse and later decided to cancel. But guess what, no option to cancel on mobile! Emailed customer support but by the it gets their attention the order is already out for shipping, so can’t cancel! Can we have an option to cancel online please? Specially if your support turnaround time is 48 hours..

I trialed the 14 day teatox and loved it so much I've bought the 28 day tea tix and even better it was 50% off. Plus I ordered the protein too.these are all very tasty and I love the nighttime tea

I have used bootea on and off for years!
Tbh I never stick to the full 14/28 day detox but i use it when I’m feeling blooted/tired and it works! Even after 2/3 days.

I reuse the tea bag all day too!

It actually works, it tastes great as far as herbal teas go, quite plain nothing bad. I love the taste of the night time tea, helps reduce bloating (like ACTUALLY) and it does have some side effects regarding the bathroom. Of course they aren’t the most comfortable but it shouldn’t cause any pain, I personally found this helped me with my last 10 pounds to lose (weight plateau) and I’ve used bootea on and off for 5 years. I always see it get the hot seat but honestly it’s one of those products that actually help and is worth the price. If you don’t like this just drink green te.

This tea should be banned across the whole of the UK, it made me develop IBS which lead to me needing a colonoscopy because of how bad the tea was and how much pain it was causing. I stopped using the tea after four days as I knew the way I was feeling was because of this tea I still have trouble still till this day

I purchased resistance bands at the start of this year and did not receive my order. The customer service team where extremely unhelpful and took days to replay, placing blame on the courier(royal mail). After speaking to their customer service back and forth I was advised to ask for a refund. I have sent multiple emails and over A MONTH later, I have still heard NOTHING back. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I have received 10x more spam emails than emails regarding my lost package /refund.

Best teatox tea I’ve tasted! It smells divine and I feel fresh after finishing the 14 days. Highly recommend!

Personally I’m not a fan of drinking fruity tea but I really enjoyed drinking Bootea fruity teatox! I especially enjoyed the night teas as I would go to bed feeling so relaxed! Only thing for me is that I found the ingredients of the tea weren’t found on the packaging and I would like to know the natural ingredients I’m putting into my body to detox it.

This tea is amazing, it tastes great and worked better than I thought it would. It's great value for money and it has far exceeded my expectations. I will be purchasing more of this in the coming weeks.

i absoultely love these! ive struggled to find teas that i actually like but i LOVE the taste! they're super gentle on my stomach (i have IBS) they're just incredible! 100% reccomend!!!
