Dangerous pharmacy practices. Sunlight GLP-1 company uses Boothwyn Pharmacy from Pennsylvania to compound its GLP-1 prescriptions. Please note that Boothwyn Pharmacy is under probation in the state and was fined 1 million dollars in October 2025 for compounding and packaging tens of thousands of doses of injectable weight-loss drugs in uninspected facilities. Feel free to Google the article. Buyer beware!

This pharmacy rips you off. Remedy Meds uses them but previously used a different pharmacy which was very good. The first shipment from this company took 4 days to arrive in 105 degree weather. Needless to say the medication was hot and couldn't be used. It took 3 weeks for them to send a replacement with lots of hassles and red tape from Remedy Meds. The replacement shipment was finally sent, supposedly a 1 month supply, however there was only a 1 week supply in the bottle. I used it the first week, went to use it today and the bottle is completely empty.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They never compound my injections, they never send tracking information. I was charged on the 29th it is now July 15 my medication is still not shipped it was supposed to be here on Friday the 11th. They haven't even made it yet. If you ever order from a place to get injections make sure to tell them never to send your prescription to this awful pharmacy !!!!!!!?

Only received 3 tirzepatide shipments from Boothwyn through Remedy Meds. One was delayed, but given all the shortages, I understood.

My 3rd shipment, they shorted me a full dose. I've been going back and forth with them for over 3 weeks, where they keep asking for photos of the bottle, the vial, the shipment box - do they question that they fulfilled the order? Ultimately, last response was "Oh, well, they need to pay if they want more, sorry." I did pay - for a correct and full monthly package. Asked not to have Boothwyn handle my shipments anymore and was told ties have been cut with them as a whole anyway, so problem solved.

I am only writing this review based on my experience so far. I got semaglutide through Good Life Meds. I contacted them on 5/27/25. Talked to my provider the same day, he approved the prescription, which by the way is compounded with Glycine + B12. I received the prescription from Boothwyn pharmacy on 5/30/25. I have not used the medicine yet, so my only feedback is on the speed I received the meds. As I see here people are complaining about how long it takes them to fill the prescription. I'm thinking it is Zealthy or the company that is providing the service and not the pharmacy, but who knows. I will update my review after I try the meds.

Delayed prescription and customer service “can’t see anything” other than they have it in their system

Due to what is said to be short supply although mine is reserved on My Trizep. Remedy Meds outsourced to Boothwyn Pharmacy. it was very late and came in a blood red color as they put in the additive of B12 which shorted the Trizp and I didnt ask nor was this part in the perscription. As I researched it says this is most likely sigmultude. if not DO NOT take as it has not been stored correctly and is no longer the intended strength perscribed
so not happy with the way things turned out. still waiting 3 weeks now for the corrections to be made as I fight to maintain my weight loss.

I got my tirzp from Boothwyn . Packed well and cold but it didn’t work + too many side effects + I didn’t receive full 4 doses for 4 weeks . 🫣

39 days since Zealthy prescribed my medication thru Boothwyn Pharmacy and still waiting.

Bottom line Zealthy now predicts I'll wait a full 2 months before Boothwyn ships my medicine. Here's the latest:

Since my last posts, Zealthy now says it will be another 13 to 14 BUSINESS days -- so another 3 calendar weeks before Boothwyn ships my medicine. If they meet this deadline (which so far they haven't yet met a single deadline they have projected) it will be April 21 when they ship - a full 59 days or 2 months since the medicine was prescribed on Feb 22.

I'm posting this because everyone should know that Zealthy has contracted what I believe is an incompetent partner, Boothwyn Pharmacy to ship orders. Each time I write Zealthy asking for the latest, I get a variation on this canned response, "It has been raised to our Pharmacy Escalations Team, and they are actively working with the compounding pharmacy to have this issue resolved and have your order sent. Our Pharmacy Escalations Team will reach out once we hear back from the compounding pharmacy, please allow us more time. We appreciate your patience."

39 Days. Wow. Ridiculous.
