Had the worst experience customer service at boots…

Had the worst experience today at boots pharmacy and they wanted to charge me more the price that was scanning on the product claiming that it was done by mistake. After admitting they made a mistake the manager Ali Albadri didn’t even care about fixing the mistake of course I left without buying anything and I won’t go back to that pharmacy. They were rude and didn’t do right by their customer and this is an example of how NOT to treat ur customer! Unfortunately some people who work in retail do not understand the importance of keeping customers happy and the concept of customer loyalty

Fake Shoes!!!

The baddest company i ever seen!!!
They dont answer messages!!
And the shoes are veryy fake!!!! They are criminals!!!! I train 1 day with them and it was all broke!!!
Dont buy from them!

FAKE/counterfeit shoes!!

FAKE/counterfeit shoes!!! Beware, we bought 2 pair of Nike futbol boots and checked with the Nike Store….they confirmed everything was fake about the items and not from their company. We messaged boots-dubai.com IG/email and no answer….so now we have filed to IG and Dubai Consumer Complaints Department….hopefully they get shut down, save your money and buy from real companies with original goods.

Astonishingly...

Astonishingly bad! tried this website for the fist time bought a pair of football boots but were not available they told me to change boots and so i did. The delivery took 1 week and and when I finally got them I found out they are not original. It also took extremely long for a reply from customer service. I am now asking to get money back since 2 days but no reply.

They do not have a number that you can call and they use advertisement from other instagram accounts to post on their own
