Terrible site they don't add bonuses when they should. Site difficult to navigate and games rubbish. When there's a problem they don't sort it. The rules are. You can only withdraw 300.00 every five days. You can only withdraw max 1000.00 per month.
Ok that almost sounds feasible. BUT there is a problem!
If you win say 1000.00 you can request a withdraw of tops 300.00 this i say is day 1. They then take 3 days to approve the withdrawal. Taking you to day 3. THEN they start the five day clock. Taking you to day 8.
So here we have it eg. Win 1000.00 on the 1st of the month.
Withdrawal request 1 of 300.00 on 1st. Approved on the 3rd. Paid on 6th.
Withdrawal request 2 of 300.00 on the 8th. Approved on the 10th. Paid on the 13th (total 600.00)
Withdrawal request 3 of 300.00 on the 15th. Approved on the 17th. Paid on the 20th (total 900.00)
Withdrawal request 4 of 100.00 on the 22nd. Approved on the 25th. Paid on the 28th (total 1000.00).
Total time taken 28 days!!
This is not "1 withdrawal request in 5 days" this is 1 request per 8 days.
When you email customer services for support they say they will respond in 2 days....never answer.
Its a disgrace. A win is a win, a withdrawal should not be limited ever when gambling as deposits can be unlimited unless set by the individual.
Having used many many gambling sites, this one is by far the worst, and i would strongly recommend you do not use them. There are other service providers out there who will process winnings in a much more ethical way.
Let us not kid ourselves gambling is a fools game, but by restricting winning withdrawals the company and attempting to get you to gamble away your winnings under the proviso that its a "cooling off period". That is a lie!
