Just you’re annual reminder to everyone not to buy here! I haven’t forgotten the disgusting service you people gave me. Don’t buy their products, they take your money and don’t send you anything. If they do send you stuff they’re used and dirty. Don’t waste your time with people that rob you for your money that can’t provide a service. Absolutely disgusting. I haven’t forgotten at all.

I’m starting to get concerned and feel like this company might be a scam. I ordered my product on Oct. 7th. I’ve received about 4 different emails basically telling me that it’s on the way and one where they called me “Johannes”. Something isn’t right about this company. I worried that they may have robbed me. If I don’t get something resolved, I plan to report them. You can not do this to US consumers. There are laws that protect us from false advertisement. Trust me, I have had to relay them to a retailer before.

I made a purchase over $300usd august 12th. I was really excited for the promotions, discounts, and variety of options. I am really disappointed with customer service and the product. My items arrived 7-8 weeks later with two pieces not in the correct sizes. They were sent large when I ordered small. The help team has been short and not efficient in their responses. They then lost half of my order and refuse to give me a refund.

I had a look at the status of your order and upon checking, I see that your items Prai Beach One Piece, Abigail Knot Bikini, Caribbean Rainforest Bikini, Jackie Bikini, and Free Tribe Bikini were lost in transit due to some logistical issue.

I mentioned that it has been a terrible nightmare shopping experience and that I had even believed it to be fraud. I asked for contact information and have tried to call the number provided and still nothing. Jhay and Carmen just respond with automated responses. I felt like I was never getting anywhere. Now they want to offer what they call a discount code for 180usd or reship which would again put me through the same experience as they refuse to pay for better shipping. I have no idea what to do. I feel robbed and would never recommend anyone this company. Please if you see on Facebook or anywhere else, don't put yourself through them charging you and never receiving your order. The customer service will only treat you as invaluable as soon as they have charged your accounts.

Some chinese very low quality product!!! Be carefull, there is no similarity between the product and the photo

The swimming suit is of low quality, runs small and totally doesn't look as well as on photo :/ Very disappointed with it and will try to return it.

The product was easy to order and I loved the selection available online!

My suits came in and the shipping did not take long at all. They fit like they said (smaller side but I used the fit chart and it was correct) overall I am happy with the suits. I would purchase again!

You are stuck with your order and out of money if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your items, because the cost of return to Spain is much greater than the total of your order!
Do not order from these people.
Edited on 8-2-19. They claim that I haven't responded to their email, which is false! I've sent them 7 emails total, I will upload a picture of the emails if I can.

They claim to have a good return policy but believe me they don’t! They don’t show the back of the suits and the bottoms are way to skimpy... you have to pay the shipping to return to Spain on your own. Don’t buy from these people!

Beginning to wonder if this is a SCAM! Over 3 weeks and still no product, only confusing status emails. As a comparison, when I order from Victoria's Secret, it arrives in the proper country, clears customs and is received in 1 week or less.
