two months and no delivery, I complained and got a packet of coconut biscuits sent out as a replacemnt, the original order was 99 mre meals. They offered me $14 refund - DO NOT USE IT IS A RIP OFF

Delivery late, it as expected. Ordered an advent calendar costing approximately £35 and I explained that it arrived too late to give to intended recipient. They offered $4 refund , which I refused, then a $6 refund, which I also declined. No response after that.
So stuck with a crap advent calendar I decided I would use it myself. Only opened 5 days so far (as only day 5 - but so far 2 days have been empty.
Quite glad it arrived late, as I would have been so embarrassed giving it to the intended recipient, especially as the gifts where they are actually in doors are just absolute rubbish. I would NEVER order from this company again

Abysmal, complete con of a company. Ordered an advent calendar, they sent the wrong one and refused to exchange even with proof of original order and wrong delivery. Calendar itself is cheap and nasty (even though it cost $40!) with horrible little figurines that bear no resemblance to the characters they are supposed to. Avoid like the plague!!!

Order took 3 weeks to arrive then once it did it was nothing like they advertised, then they cant even offer an option to return for a refund.
Absolute joke.

Would give it a 0 rating but it doesn't go that low. Ordered my whisky calender for a christmas present, they say it has been delivered but it hasn't, won't sent proof it has been delivered, won't answer emails. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE you will lose your money

I purchased an Elvis jug on the 17th August 2025. Paid for express delivery so was expecting it within 12 days, It's been 5 weeks now and tracking updates just stopped about 2 weeks ago. Contacted customer service via email and just said wait for the updates in really bad English. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! IT'S A SCAM!

This company are selling advent calendars aimed at K-pop fans. If you try to place an order repeated amounts are taken from your bank account unless the bank flags it up and puts a stop on the transaction. Inform your bank immediately if this happens to you. Do not use this company!
