Runaway from this website!

I Would have given 0 stars but it wasn't an option. Ordered from Kipling and after 2 months still chasing for a reimburse as the goods never arrived. Do not use them, they take your money keep it in their account and you hear nothing. Ordered on 07th August, paid for delivery and taxes but to no avail. There is no one you can complaint to also don't responds my emails. Please take my advice and don't trust this website!

Horrible shipping company!

Horrible shipping company!! I order a $240 backpack and paid extra for express shipping. After not getting any kind of shipping confirmation for 5 business days I tried finding a contact for Borderfree and could not get ahold of them. Two weeks of not hearing anything from them or Kipling the brand I ordered from, I contacted paypal to start a "Case" the next day Borderfree shipped out my product! I am still fighting to get back the $70 for express shipping, as it took 3 weeks to finally receive my package.

If you expect help? Dream on!

I made an order some time ago and it went fairly smooth so I was not worried about order number two... what a fool I was. I made a purchase on the 9th and got an email saying there was a delay and it would have to possibly be sent in separate packages, which am fine with. I was also told there was a cc hold and I'd not be charged until it dispatched. 2 days later am charged the full amount and nothing has dispatched at all. I have tried the on site chat person who was unable to help me (He seemed to try though) I was given an email for hanes, the site I made the purchase on since they do not have a chat service for international. I have emailed them, borderfree, tried the chat service and am getting no where. My one upside is I paid via paypal and If not resolved in an incredibly short order I will file a grievance with them especially after seeing all of the negative here. I made these purchases for a trip fmr an upcoming anniversary and wanted to be comfortable.. now I just want either my items or my money back.

Garbage company, please do NOT order from Borderfree

Please do not waste your time ordering from this garbage company. It has taken them more than 2 months to deliver an order that I placed with Pottery Barn Kids 3 months ago. I just got an email from BorderFree canceling my order when someone by the name of May in their Lockport, IL office received and signed for my order. There is no way getting in contact with Borderfree. They do not have an email nor a customer service number. I had to contact Pottery Barn Kids directly, but unfortunately they are not able to help. I just want a refund for the two personalized picture frames. I will NEVER order from Borderfree ever again. Honestly, this company should go out of business because they are terrible to deal with.

I wish I’d read all the negative…

I wish I’d read all the negative reviews before placing my order. I ordered a pair of boots via Neiman Marcus for shipping to the UK. Their website advised 4-8 working days for delivery and they use Borderfree for their international shipping. 12 days later and my order had still not dispatched. When I reached out to Neiman Marcus they advised that Borderfree are moving warehouses so there have been delays. Despite the fact they’d already lied and told me my order was on its way to me despite it not even leaving the international shipping centre. After querying with them what is happening they advise it should be shipped soon. 30 mins later I receive an email from Borderfree advising my order has been cancelled. So either they lost it, didn’t have it in stock in the first place or just failed so badly at dealing with their apparent warehouse move that they’re cancelling the orders of customers who are rightfully questioning what is happening.

I placed an order with your company, trusting that charges would only be applied once the products were shipped. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I was charged in full for orders, despite receiving only one or two items from each. It took me a while to notice this pattern, and I have since had to make numerous calls to address these discrepancies and request refunds.

This issue has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration, as I am unsure how many other international customers might be facing similar problems. It is deeply troubling to experience such a lack of transparency and accountability from a company associated with a reputable name like Macy’s.

They are Thief's

Placed an order 3 weeks ago for same item different color than i want today - the same price as 3 weeks ago to the same address only today they want 61$ more than 3 weeks ago. Last time I was not charged duties and now they want that much more. They can stick it where I think.

Would have given 0 stars but it wasn't an option. Ordered from Bloomingdales but did not realise it was actually Borderfree. Do not use them, they take your money keep it in their account and you hear nothing. Ordered on 3rd July and item still isn't shipped, paid for quick delivery and taxes but to no avail. Was supposed to be a present but I have 3 days and then it'll be too late. DO NOT USE Bloomingdales if you're in the UK as you'll end up with Borderfree and they're rubbish.

BORDERFREE DOES NOT REFUND

I returned a Sak’s order on May 16 and the refund still does not appear on credit card statement from Borderfree.
Shameful. They claim issuing credits 7 to 14 days after receipt.
Many contacts. No answer but to wait a few days. It’s been a month!
Many times we’re forced to deal with Borderfree in Canada. They’re not responsible, responsive, honest.
Try to avoid going through them the next time!

Service was fine. Sort out your tracking info

I feel I have to write a review to address the balance!
My delivery was a few days late (no big deal). The only issue is the tracking info with Borderfree is a bit crap,
It only tells you after preparing shipment, that it is “in transit”. It doesn’t tell you any more.
On the day of delivery it kept telling me it was in transit when in fact it was out for delivery.
They need to make it more easier and exact.
Because of this I started to believe all the negative reviews about lost items and a poor service.
You have to click on your order number and then you’re directed to another page which tells you exactly where it is and what’s going on!
I’m sure other people are genuinely displeased with their orders not turning up, but my experience was fine!
They would have got 5 stars if the tracking info was more exact! I would be fine having Borderfree shipping my items

No update since April 3rd regarding my parcel. Money has been taken off my bank account. Both Borderfree and Macy’s international customer service is non-existent. Borderfree’s “contact us” section only lets you either update a shipping address or deals with problems with your account if you are a member. The website sends you to original retailer. Their customer service email is automated “oops this email doesn’t work” with links to the website, one of them to chat with a virtual agent who later tells you they do not deal with international orders. Money stolen. Should have read reviews regarding Borderfree.

Not receive package nor any refund

I ordered 4 sweatshirt on March 23, 2024 and I have not received any package ever since. They claimed my payment but I have not receive any package that I ordered. I emailed Hanes and they contacted Borderfee about this issue. They did not respond to any message. I did not get any sweatshirt or refund. They are the worst company. Never use this company under any circumstances.

Borderfree tiene cero customer service

Borderfree no tiene nada que parezca servicio al cliente. No dispone de teléfono accesible. No acepta responsabilidad por sus errores que se los devuelve a las empresas(en mi caso Saks Off 5th). Borderfree has no control of the merchandise once it goes to DHL. Has no agents in foreign countries that can solve customs delays or loss. They lose orders, collect money without having the merchandise and simply do not care about customers.

Borderfree claimed payment but no goods received!

My order from Bloomingdales via Borderfree never arrived to the UK. B'dales say order was cancelled and it didn't go through successfully and so the current 'hold' payment will not be debited. However, Borderfree still debited the amount. After speaking to the bank, they say Borderfree claimed the amount.

After several emails with B'dales, I asked for an official cancellation email, which I received. I then logged into Borderfree to view my order history, as in here it should also show as cancelled. When I clicked the 'order history section', my whole history of purchases have been wiped. Emailed CS back and forth with 2 agents saying I can't view past orders. Replied back that I have had a Borderfree account for many years so I know very well I can view orders and track shipping. No response.

Borderfree has my money. B'dales saying they only charge if items shipped and they haven't shipped and are insisting I haven't been charged from their side. I have now had to fill out a claim form with my bank to get my money back. Never again with B'dales or any company that uses Borderfree! If anyone is reading this, don't say you haven't been warned.

Borderfree processed a payment on my…

Borderfree processed a payment on my credit card for stock that they didnt have. I am going in circles trying to have a refund processed. They are not helpful at all.
It is a shame that Macy's, Bloomingdales and Norstom use Borderfree, I would not recommend purchasing anything that runs its shipping through this company.

Always read the reviews

Along with Nordstrom, I'll never use Borderfree again.
After weeks of waiting, on the day my package was due to arrive, my order was cancelled because Borderfree "lost" my package.
No explanation, no apologies not even the offer to compensate for the fact that they have been paid weeks ago for a service they never provided. Oh and the refund takes ages to process just to add insult to injury.
If I'd read the other reviews I'd have saved time and money and stayed clear of these....

Garbage company

Garbage company. Don't buy from any store like Saks Fifth Avenue they use this garbage company for delivery to Canada. It will take months to get your order and even longer if you happen to return that item. They have no customer service whatsoever and there tracking is also broken so you will not get any help at all. Saks + Borderfree are thieves they will do all they can to steal your money.
