Best experience with recruitment I've had
Jack and his team at borderless are the best recruiters I've ever worked with. I've previously worked with businesses to find talent/setters but communication and relationships weren't as strong, nor was the talent that came through. And the guys genuinely cared about making sure I was happy instead of just taking their paycheque and leaving me to get on with it. My new hire had years of experience, was smooth on the phone requiring minimal training and has already booked dozens of appts, some of which have closed already at just shy of £10k in commissions and fees. I'll definitely be coming back for future hires and I recommend anyone else do the same
