Houten meubels al snel rot

Wij hebben 2 zeer slechte ervaringen met Borek helaas. Mijn advies is zeker geen houten tuinmeubels te kopen van Borek, deze zijn bij ons na 3 jaar stuk bij de verbindingen (rot) en dat wordt door Borek niet opgepikt als garantie of kwaliteitsissue. Borek wil niet eens kijken naar de meubels. Dit kan niet wanneer je meubels van duizenden euro’s verkoopt en pretendeert een kwaliteitsproduct te verkopen! @borek.eu Het zijn mooie spullen en we hebben ook een andere (niet houten) tuinset van Borek die goed bevalt maar de klant is hier geen koning. Servive en kwaliteit gaan samen maar niet bij Borek! Heel spijtig.

Parasolhoes

Al verschillende dure parasols gekocht bij dit bedrijf. Steeds met beschermhoezen. Maar helaas de laatste hoezen deugen niet en zitten na net 2 jaar al vol met scheuren. Ik zou ze ook niet zo vaak moeten gebruiken in de zomer want de zon laat de stof verweren. Je kunt wel nieuwe kopen (voor 2x zo duur) want die zijn wèl van betere kwaliteit.
Super slecht voor zo’n dure zaak.
