Good products! Excellent service! I made an order of products but the package did not arrive. The company took full responsibility and sent me the products again without further charge. Thank you very much. I would love to buy again from a responsible company with good products !!

I like some of the products but the shopping experience is terrible. On my last order, one of the items I thought I ordered I apparently had not because I didn't receive that item in my order. If the product pictured is sold out, then they should make it clear and not add other products to the out of stock item's dropdown link. I made a complaint with their customer service, but now, I don't even know if they responded and all my points are lost because they updated their website and my account is now deleted. I won't waste my time creating another account or buying their products. The first time I received a ruined stamper, which they replaced, so ok. But the second time, they sent me a broken brush, and no replacement was offered. This is the third order that something goes wrong plus the deletion of my account. There are way too many options out there for me to be sticking to this one.

Items were well packaged. No breaks or spillage. Delivery does take awhile but they let you know that up front. Will order again.

I have used Born Pretty for many years. The products lately have been beautiful. Not only are they awesome, but very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier.

Products great quality, shipping time varies, but no more or less than any other shipments I have received from sellers overseas, Including Am4z0n. I do concur with another review about stock issues. Gel polish/paint colors are out of stock for extended periods of time or sometimes no color is available in a batch, which seems odd. That said, I recommend BP, products, good quality and arrived very carefully packaged. I have only needed customer service a couple of times and they were very responsive.

Tried the colors and they are ok. But the builder gels are terrible. Pilled off in 2 days.

It is a very nice cat eye gel nail polish. It is so shiny that there is no any other design needed. The color is not really visible on the picture unfortunately but believe me it is glories!! I honestly recommend this aurora cat eye gel nail polish. Also, that you very mush to Born pretty for a lovely present UR Sugar gel nail polish. It was a very lovely surprise. Thank you Born Pretty.

I love the nail polish of this brand ! I paint my nails with a solid color (one or two coats), then I choose one of the Born Pretty nail polishes and put a coat on top of my solid color. Finally, I add a glossy clear top coat ... which adds additional depth or richness to the colors. I don't even use a magnet, I’m happy with the way the color appears to change when I tilt my hand in different angles.

I’ve been ordering from bornpretty.com for a few years now. Last year the shipping took 2 months sometimes, but I wasn’t in a hurry and everything i got i loved. This year i got my order within 2 weeks!! And of course the stuff is cute.

Terrible customer service.
They have no care about clients and they are very sloppy preparing the parcels to ship.

I made a purchase through their website, it took them over two weeks to send it, then one month to arrive. When I finally get it, there are several items missing (3 stamping polishes).

Also, I received duplicated items. These were supposed to be two stamping polishes from two different collections. Truth is, they were both exactly the same product. I sent pictures attached with reference numbers and everything explained in detail and well organized for their convenience.

They take 2-3 days to answer customer emails. Two weeks have passed by already and they keep delaying the issue. I get the same message: "Sorry for the missing items.we will offer you a solution later."
Later meaning never? I don't know.

In addition, the quality of the stamping polishes is suboptimal.

I buy a lot of nail products from Born Pretty Store And I have always been satisfied with my order. One time a stamper came a bit damaged and they made sure to replace it. Their customer service is on point. As for their products, they are good quality. Their prices are low and for what you pay for, you get so much more. I own many stamping plates from them and they do the job. They are well etched and have various fun images. I recommend buying from Born pretty Store
