Couldnt care less
I found the customer service in Boros Whitgift frankly appalling. The male member of staff with glasses who I presume was the manager was surly and unhelpful. I asked about an item in the window and he just jerked his head to where they were and when there weren't any he could not have been less interested. Even though the item in the window said more designs, they had nothing. No wonder people shop on line with this unapproachable and unhelpful attitude.
